This CiCs takes food from the bar that’s been tampered with by the public, and recycles it back into “new” orders. They also place used food into a hot box behind the register. After waiting for my togo order for 45 minutes, I received cold uneven pizza slices which confirmed what I saw. They also gave me botched cinnamon rolls. After complaining to the GM about my order she told me that all the cinnamon rolls bake uneven sometimes and told me everything is made fresh. They weren’t even touching you didn’t have to pull them apart or anything. Please always check your food before leaving, they almost got me.

Our family loves this CiCis location! We were greeted, and treated like they cared about our family enjoying our stay rather than just making money off of us! I loved that. The location is clean and has many games and prizes!! The food was cooked fresh so it was warm and tasteful. One of my best experiences with CiCis !

Ate here for years every Saturday, always love the pizzas here. You can order pizza while you buffet in case you want something specific. They got an arcade with prizes to do if your bored. Love the place.

As someone who grew up on the south side, but moved to the north for my adolescent and teenage years, it was nice to return to a spot I had grown up in. Over the past 10 years they had remodeled parts of the inside of the resturaunt, and completely extended the games area for the kiddos. I’m kinda sad that after 10 years they still have a small selection of pizzas at a time though.

Everything was cold. They changed the marinara sauce, it was cold and tasted like pizza sauce. The brownie was hard as a rock. It was 24 bucks for 2 people. I won’t be back.

I personally worked at this location in high school and it has honestly plummeted in many ways. Me and my family were here yesterday and when we got there they were serving people old food and barely had anything out. They were unprepared for the dinner rush and we felt every bit of it as we waited on fresh food to eat. We spent 50 bucks for all of us to eat and it wasn’t even worth it. Won’t be coming back to this location.

It was completely the best Cicis experience I’ve ever had last night. I didn’t even expect it to be that great but everything was awesome. Their Supreme Pizza kept me going back for more, the fountain drinks were good, place was clean and finished off with the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had fresh out of the oven. The whole experience was completely satisfying!!

Not a bad place if you like pizza. I recommend going in when they have the buffet special which is 2pm-4pm. It’s way cheaper than the regular buffet. Friendly service. You can even order your own pizza which is great.
