THE BEST Cicis I’ve been to. We have a picky eater, and he will eat a lot at Cicis, so we are resigned to go once a month or so. This used to feel like a major compromise for us as parents, BUT this location is dynamite! The buffet is never lacking, lots of CLEAN seating, and a FULL arcade & price station. Staff is super friendly. This is the only location we will go to from now on. Great place to reward your kids after a ball game or some accomplishment. It really feels like a treat for them. Thank you to the staff for maintaining this location so well!!!

The place was clean and or being cleaned up while we were there… 10 yrs is the cut off for “kid prices” … The salad bar was clean and freshly stocked with veggies. . The pizza station . The kids liked the variety of pizza choices available and the pizza options were being added regularly as well as pasta choices… . The bathroom was clean and stocked with soap and TP.

Great food for the price! The pizza and salad bar were fresh and constantly refilled, and everything tasted great. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating — we arrived a few minutes before opening and were planning to wait, but they invited us in early and told us to go ahead and get started. That kind of service really stands out these days!
We also spent some time in the arcade, which was clean and well-maintained. They had a good variety of games, and every machine we tried worked perfectly. Overall, CiCi’s is a fantastic place to take kids — affordable, fun, and family-friendly. Highly recommend!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I just picked up my pizza and brownies and the brownies were complete batter in the middle LITERALLY. Completely raw. The pizza was stale and cold. I paid $20 and none of it was eaten, not even my pizza and brownies obsessed kids would eat it. 0 stars. Also had to wait over 15 mins AFTER my order was supposed to be ready for the brownies to come out… don’t know why it took so long to make the brownies when they were literally raw.

The crew tonight(5pm on 02/19/26) was absolutely terrible. All of the food was overcooked and when I asked for a personal order of cheesy bread the buzzer I was given did not “buzz” it only blinked- I was waiting for a loud buzz that never came and the male employee that gave me my food lied and said it was there less than a minute, however, (everytime I get a personal order previously it has been piping hot fresh out) the cheesy bread was BARELY room temp. Cold. I told him the buzzer never went off and he told me “you should keep an eye on it at least” like i was supposed to KNOW it would blink when ready, not buzz as usual….I am very disappointed in the service I received tonight and I have been coming here for years. Guess it’s time for me and my family to find a new spot…

I don’t eat here but my kiddo loves it. It’s pizza. It’s familiar it’s fast. It’s easy it’s reliable. They have cavatappi pasta with choice of red sauce or white sauce. There is a limited salad bar so you can get some greens in. The expanded game room is a nice size and the only thing of it kind in this part of Edmond. It’s not cheap but fun for a little bonding experience.
I don’t eat wheat anymore, but when I did, I enjoyed the brownies. They are very chocolatey to the point that they made my heart race when I ate too many. You’ve been warned. I also loved their cinnamon rolls. It’s not healthy at all, but that’s not why we’re here. This is comfort food. It is really noisy.

We wanted to go back to our college times of eating cheap food that fills your stomach so we ended up here.
You have to understand, real quality meats such as chicken, high quality beef etc are not cheap.
Beef and chicken used on pizzas are not really actual meats, they are fillers and ingredients mimicking meat flavor mixed together to taste like meat. The only real food on pizzas are vegetables.

Never been here before. First timer I know. Was greeted nicely as soon as I walked in. Staff were very helpful as I’ve never been here before. Food was great. I Recommend for those on a budget like myself. I love this place. I will be back again. Alfredo pasta was my personal favorite. Also cinnamon rolls amazing.

Our family loves this CiCis location! We were greeted, and treated like they cared about our family enjoying our stay rather than just making money off of us! I loved that. The location is clean and has many games and prizes!! The food was cooked fresh so it was warm and tasteful. One of my best experiences with CiCis !

So because the lady got my mother in laws chicken order wrong, she decided to look at everyone’s cup saying only water goes in the clear cups now that may be true but we paid for 3 adult cups. So why were we handed CLEAR CUPS!? It’s my son’s birthday and I see my mistake was bringing him here. Go to Golden Corral and forget this place exists.
