Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the food areas, freshness of the salad bar, and responsiveness of the staff. It was crowded for 8:30pm on a Monday night, but staff was friendly and I could hear them saying “let’s keep the buffet going longer tonight” and they brought out fresh pizzas over and over keeping everyone happy. The dessert pizza is great and is made just like it was 30 years ago. The regular pizza tastes like it did then, too, with the new addition of pizza with a light garlic sauce in addition to the regular marinara and white sauce. The garlic sauce pizzas were delicious. Would definitely come back for the nostalgia and reliability. You know what you’re getting and they keep doing what works for this restaurant.

The atmosphere is positive, energetic, and upbeat. The employees are very helpful and friendly. It’s cleanly. I only wish they would put more sauce on thier pizzas. I get a cup of sauce from the pasta bar area and dip my slices in it. I feel there is not much flavor to several of the pizzas I have tried there. However the cheesy breadsticks and all the desserts are wonderful and delicious. I really like the fresh salad bar too. They have a great “Rewards ” program. I highly recommend joining the “Rewards” program. It’s a great bargain especially when times are tough.

Super clean! Friendly staff and had fresh pizza the whole time when it wasn’t even busy! The best CiCi’s I have come across! All the arcade games worked which made my kids happy. A+

I saw an ad that Cicis was selling the Piezilla. It’s a 28″ pizza weighting in around 4 lbs. So I wanted to get this as a surprise for our family dinner. When we picked it up, even customers inside were asking about the huge pizza being carried out to our car. I’m guessing a lot of people don’t know about it. The expressions my daughters had made this worth it. There were seven of us, and we still had a lot of leftovers. They did a great job on our pizza, and the staff were all friendly. If you’re planning a family or game night. I would recommend Cicis and their Piezilla.

I really was hoping the food was good…. Only the cheesy bread was edible. The pizza was just too squishy. Maybe if it had been cooked longer it would’ve been better. It has been 20 years since I’ve eaten here and now I’m sad.

Seriously though, at today’s visit, all the staff were professional and polite, and the young man who was bussing tables was incredible getting stuff cleaned up quickly. You’d blink and he’d have a whole table cleared in seconds and already be wiping it down for the next family/group of people. Thanks y’all for a great dinner!
