The pizza baron keeps the pies fresh and on point. Not undercooked and very hot n fresh.

Food is….ok. Salad bar lacks many options. Pizza buffet doesn’t have much variety. Greasy and a belly ache later in the night.
The woman at the Register was nice and friendly until time to pay, when I didn’t leave a “tip” she got angry and put offish.
Why would you tip at a SELF SERVE buffet? There’s no one coming around grabbing plates or refilling drinks.

Fresh pizza was coming out often. The pumpkin cinnamon roll was awesome! Soup & salad was good too. The staff were friendly and kept the dining area clean. I even got my “old lady” discount. See ya next time!

First time visit, to start they had one to many tables dirty. But once you find a clean seat, omg the food is awesome! They’re steady making nice hot pizza. Let’s also mention this is the first CiCi’s I’ve seen with a drive thur. Thought that was pretty cool as well.

The food wasn’t bad but I honestly felt uncomfortable eating it for fear of food poisoning. I regret not getting my hepatitis vaccine prior to coming here. The place was filthy. They appear to be fully staffed yet the floors look like they haven’t been swept or mopped in a week. I observed employees clean off counter tops with their hands instead of a clean rag with disinfectant. There was literally no clean place to sit. A visitors cup of coke sat in front of the dessert area for 10 minutes at least. Pizza on the ground was picked up by hand and honestly I have doubt that a hand was washed. Disgusting facility .disgusting.

I only put a 4 for food cause I’m kinda a pizza snob but I know you get what you pay for. However, the woman running the register tonight was so kind, welcoming, and on top of her job. I appreciate good customer service and she was great. It’s really hard to find people who still care about the customer experience and I appreciate that she went above and beyond. I’m going to try and catch her name before I finish this review. Thank you, Nikita for being AWESOME!
