Customer service was TERRIBLE! No greeting just made me waste money! There were no pizza options just craps of old pizza! We came after an hour ordering, there were no ice, no straws. The pasta noodles were in clumps. I literally wasted my time and money and to top it off the place was filthy. Old food everywhere. Honestly over it and won’t be returning. If you’re gut is telling you not go LISTEN TO YOUR GUT!

The pizza is usually always good. I always order extra cheese, but it’s a 30% chance I get the extra cheese that I paid for. The cheesy bread never…I mean NEVER; has really any cheese on it. I can take a picture. It is extremely upsetting. The staff is always kind on the phone & at the counter when I arrive. They just need to make the orders properly. I do not appreciate paying for extra cheese & not receiving it.
The way I see it is that it’s called cheesy bread. Not cheese bread or bread stix. But for some reason, I always receive bread with no cheese. I raved to a friend about how good CiCi’s Cheesy bread was the best & no other company could compete. I invited him over for dinner & was embarrassed to have bread without cheese. Happens more often than not. C’mon guys…please just do it right!

Truly I would give NO STARS if possible! My family of 7 came after a ball tournament when it opened at 11am. The whole place was dirty. The buffet had not been wiped down in what looked like days! There were 2 small pizzas on the buffet that’s it! No pasta! The salad bar had iced food. Not sure why but only seen one person working. If there was gonna be a major wait for food he should have told us when we were paying the over $80 for our food! The pictures I posted were just right by where we were sitting! Did I mention we were the 1st people in the building!!!!

i don’t know if they just can’t read or they don’t know items they sell but EVERY single time i order a PLAIN CHEESE ALFREDO pizza i get a pizza COVERED in spinach. this is honestly just annoying. it’s not that hard to read.

If you’re hungry, do not come on. We got here around 7:30 at night, and the Buffay had nothing on the pasta was dried out the soup supposed to be chicken noodle soup with just chicken broth and half of the dining room is closed. We had to wait for somebody to get done before we have a seat to sit down will never come back again and they lock the doors at 8:30 and put more chairs up right next to me and my family are very disrespectful and the rumor

Cicis still offers some of the best pizza and is probably the most affordable. This location’s employees were quite nice and they put out fresh food very quickly despite the off time that I came at. Their brownies were also the most delicious ones I’ve ever had.

By far the best Cici’s I’ve ever been to. The staff were super quick and attentive to what everyone wanted on the buffet line. They seemed to be in great moods and were incredibly friendly.

The floors were dirty with some trash here and there, some tables weren’t picked up, had dirty plates and cups left on them, by the napkin dispenser and trash area had older left over dropped food around the counter. They drink station wasnt cleaned either. I am surprised they are still open for business.

I entered the restaurant at 1:17pm on 9/10/2025. I approached the register where I was greeted and made my purchase. Looking around I found 3 other guest eating. I grab my plate and go fix my drink. I set my drink on the table and turn around. Here is where it got a little weird. I see a employee sitting on a guy’s lap in the corner. I think nothing of it honestly. Then I grab my pizza and return to my table. As I sit there the female and the male now know as the manager move to a more secluded table. After some time I needed to use the restroom. As I open the door to the restroom I find another male associate standing in the restroom door way Knuckle deep in his nose. Does he wash his hands nope. I use the restroom, wash my hands and return to the dinning room where I find the manager wrapping his arms around the female associate grabbing her breast at the more secluded table. The male associate that was in the restroom Knuckle deep is now back in the kitchen area inside the floppy door. The female associate that was being groped gets up and returns to making pizzas without washing her hands. The manager stayed behind in my mind to allow his blood to stop flowing to certain areas so he could return to the kitchen to grab his IPad and head out the front door. The thicker lady was cooking, cleaning, cashiering, and serving as all this was going on.
