I ate there today for the first and last time. I used to run full buffets for Flying J. This one was disgrace. The salad looked like it had been reused for days and was wilted. The pasta was stone cold and the sauce barely warm and NOT up to a safe temperature and I dough the salad was was well or anything along side it. Quite frankly I was afraid to risk it.
There was one pepperoni pizza and the rest on the bar I could not even guess what they were made of. It was lukewarm with almost no sauce on it and super thin crust (think Amusement Park Style). I risked a couple of brownies and they were so dry I am pretty sure they were made of dirt with powdered sugar on top. The bread sticks were OK.
Full and Fresh and UP TO A SAFE SERVING TEMPUTURE AND MAINTAINED AT SUCH is the key to running a buffet. If they are doing temp logs they are lying on them. I know what a safe temperatures for items is like the back of my hand and what they should taste like.
This place makes Pizza Ranch look like a 4 star restaurant. I cannot in good conscience recommend you eat her for the price you have to pay. I would have complained but it would have done no good.
Go to another place to eat or Pizza Hut. I left hungry.

Honestly past few years this Cicis has been great, I know Jeff has been working there a few years as well and he makes the experience overall great. He’s so positive and so nice! He really went above and beyond to make it a great time there.

We eat at Cicis very often as it is our kids favorite. The pizza is usually fresh, and they have good offerings at the salad bar. One of the reasons this Cicis does well is because of Jeff. He is always so kind and friendly, and provides amazing customer service. He lifts the atmosphere. Things we would love to be improved would be the game room ( a lot of it is claw machines) and a cleaner bathroom. Even so, Cicis will be a place we frequent.

Jeff is awesome! He’s the manager and honestly the funniest guy he really goes above and beyond to make you smile. It’s clear he’s running the place really well. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. We went on a busy Saturday night, and everything was still clean from the bathrooms to the tables. The food was freshly made and delicious.

We took 125 middle schoolers here after a field trip to the Kauffman center. We called ahead of course and they were staffed and ready for us! The pizza was hot and fresh! The hardest part was getting in touch with them. We had to call multiple times in the weeks leading up to the trip.

Let’s be honest, it’s not gourmet pizza, but it’s still good, and one of few restaurants that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg to eat at. The staff is always amazing, food is always full, and it’s always clean. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for an inexpensive but filling lunch or dinner. I wish there were more locations.

This place is absolutely amazing The service is top notch. The manager Jeff was my first encounter and set the pace for the entire evening. Employees were very nice, quiet, and did their jobs. The food was hot and fresh. Very tasty to! The prices are good. This location is about an hour drive for me, but I will DEFINITELY be back!

We like the one up north a little better than this one, but usually we are met with a frown from the manager.aybe that’s bc we never get soda with the buffet, but this time we bought soda and he was all smiles, maybe he was just having a better day. The other employees are always so nice and accommodating. I ordered a special crust less pizza and when it was ready the cook didn’t call my number, but brought is straight out tomy table with a fork. For me it’s the little things and attention to detail that I really appreciate. I ate the salad bar, but my son and his friends destroyed the buffet. Cicis is the place my son loves to take his friends to every time we go to the city. It’s affordable and they can get shy the minute they walk into the restaurant. We will be back, hope to see you there as well.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were half way through eating when they got two bus full of students. They did an amazing job of handling huge about of kids. They keep up with the food and were very strategic about how many kids they let through the line so current customers were still able to get food and drinks.

I came in on my lunch break and 10 minutes later a school field trip came in with 57 children and 11 adults (I counted) my first thought was oh no how can i get a refund but i decided to stay and see how it goes (i had an hour for lunch) and let me tell you they pumped out pizza after pizza and did not lose a single star on quality. All my worries were washed away and every time i went up to the line i could fill my plate with all my favorites. DID I MENTION THERE WAS ONLY 3 PEOPLE WORKING??? Im absolutely blown away by the quality of the food, the quality of the service and how they kept everything clean with only 3 of them. I will 100% be back. I am so glad i stayed.
