We had great salad, pasta, and pizza lunch. We were closer to the Liberty location. Easy to get to, and great location.

When I first met my wife, we went to CiCi’s every now and then. After we procreate and beared children we took our kids their and had birthday parties there. Ten to fifteen years ago they closed the one in town. We found this CiCi’s website and decided to check it out. We were both happy with the food, the servers were nice, and the nostalgia was heart warming. We will be making another trip soon with our grown children. The place is a ten out of ten!

This was our second time visiting this new Cicis Pizza location in Liberty. My children and I have been coming to Cicis for over a decade, and we still love coming which is why this review is coming from a place of wanting to see this location do well.
We came around dinner time expecting fresh pizza, but when we walked in there were barely any pizzas available. The ones that were out looked cold and dry. The ice machine wasn’t working, and the pizza just didn’t taste right. The dough tasted undercooked and bland, almost like it wasn’t prepared correctly. It didn’t have that classic Cicis flavor we’re used to.
I will say the customer service was good and the store was clean, which we truly appreciate. I just think there may need to be some retraining on pizza preparation and timing, especially during busy hours, because the food quality should match the Cicis brand.
We still love coming to Cicis and hope this Liberty improves.

My family and I came in today and Pearl, the manager – bless her heart. She was busy doing so much to ensure the customers in store as well as the online orders that were placed were being taken care of. She handled everything professionally and went around checking on each customer. She always has a positive attitude and I enjoy her as a manager. My family and I will be back.

Update: The owner personally called and addressed the issue. I will definitely give them another chance because he took an active interest in the customer experience. I can respect that and genuinely appreciate it. I used to like eating here but now it’s not as good. Then you see employees walking around eating while making your food. At least take your food to the break room or something. Nobody is wearing gloves or washing their hands that I saw. I’ll probably just start going to pizza ranch or somewhere more sanitary.

Slow evening so pizza was not fresh and a little over warmed. There was no ice for beverages which were warm. Definitely not worth $3.19 each for 2 drinks. They could have warned us, or better yet discounted beverages.

Food was soggy, Soda machine was out of ice so all drinks were room temperature (Paid for Sodas ended up drinking room temp water), Brownies were completely rock solid. Used to be so good not sure what’s changed. Tables were dirty staff was nice but seemed more like a social hour rather than a job.

I was very disappointed the woman at the front was ignoring everyone. There was 2 little kids that went up and try to ask about pizzas and was ignored. The woman upfront and 2 employees was in the back talking not paying any attention to the customers. Bad customer service will not be back.

Carry out order was wrong, guess I should’ve been the one to check it before leaving. Took wrong pizza back with receipt- no apologies, no food voucher for next time, etc…all that was said was your correct order will be ready in 5 minutes. Meanwhile, the other food items that I had ordered were now cold…
