We had a birthday party there. The food was good but they ran out of pizza and cinnamon sticks we had to wait 10 minutes and then another 10 minutes. And the lady wasn’t very nice but there was a lot of nice customers and we had a good time. I really like the chicken and barbecue Pizza. It was with the flat. The barbecue tastes really made the pizza stand out

Music was good. Trivia was playing on the tv. Arcade is a fun little treat there. Food options amazing, and can request any pizza you want made! The cinnamon rolls are divine. Use the app to get points and coupons! Sad this is the closest CiCi’s to me, it’s almost a 3 hour drive. Should definitely open one closer to Columbus area, I know lots of my Mount Vernon friends would appreciate a closer location!

This was just ok at best. The variety of pizzas were great but the pizzas were so greasy that I used several napkins soaking up the oil on 2 small slices of pizza. I do understand theres a certain amount of oil when it comes to cheeses and meats but this was quite excessive.
My son did enjoy the game area tho and we enjoyed the brownies in the dessert area

The food was great. The pizza was hot, soft, delicious, and varied. They even had a garlic butter sauce to drizzle on top or dip your pizza in! The salad bar was more than adequate too. The place looked nice (newer) and clean. The only negative is that they struggled to keep up with the demand, like maybe they were short and employee. But it really wasn’t a big deal. We’d wait 2-3 minutes until something we wanted was served and then dig in again. Staff were super friendly and helpful. This was one of the best Cicis I’ve been to recently

Cicis Pizza is a very nice place. The pizza isn’t all that great but it is a pizza buffet so I’m not looking for top of the line pizza here. What they did have was variety and the variety was impressive. Apple pie pizza, Brownies, pepperoni pizza, Mac & Cheese pizza, Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza they have it all. They even have pasta for you to eat. All for $10-$12 it’s really not a bad vibe. They have little games you can play as well in the back of the restaurant. If you want to mindlessly eat pizza and have fun with your friends this is the place for you

Service was fast, pizza was at least semi fresh and some were fresh. All tasted pretty good, and for a good price. Desert was even semi good as well, I liked the cinnamon roll. Kid, friendly and arcade is located in the back.

Very well laid out restaurant! Everything food was well prepared! Anytime pizza ran out you could hear the cooks call out new pizza! This location also has a salad bar. Really enjoyed the Mac and cheese pizza and the arcade is very cool as well! Don’t forget the Brownies!

I wish they were still in Columbus! They did not have the full selection on the buffet bar. Just gotta have Mac ‘n cheese pizza! Yet, the coupon deal in their app made it the best lunch.
