The cashier lady was really nice and greeted us when we entered, check on us during the duration of our stay and told us bye when we left. If you ask them for a special kind of pizza (within reasonable demands) they will make it. Highly recommend if you are in the area

I have come here a few times. Each time they are very nice. Inviting. It’s been clean.
The pizza is good. And when you want a requested pizza they don’t complain. It’s cooked great and not soggy.
The brownies are a little undercooked for me though.
I would say that it is a great place to go eat. It’s not expensive. Military get a discount. And right now it’s $4.99 Mondays and Tuesdays for the buffet. Not sure when that ends.

Disappointed. We go to a different chain in the north. This was our first CiCi’s. The pizza was flat and not much flavor. The brownies were hard and old. They did make fresh pizza when asked. The people were friendly. But I definitely dont plan on going to another CiCi’s.

This location is always clean, fresh food and a friendly environment! Team member Linden was beyond helpful, and went out of their way to get my wife a bbq pizza with no meat! Even going so far as to come back and ask if we would like extra bbq sauce on top! We were not disappointed! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Linden!

We really like this CiCis. We drive to this location from Mobile because it’s better than the one we have here. It’s always clean, the employees are nice, and there’s always fresh pizza being put out.

Despite being a busy Friday night, the service was exceptional and the food was plentiful. The environment was clean and the manager came up to personally greet each patron. This location is out of the way for me, but I will travel across town to go to it.

Hadn’t visited a Cici’s in years until now. Greeted upon entering…everything clean, salad table fresh and dressings fresh. So many pizza and dessert options. Great value. Excellent young lady who was expertly keeping everything on track. Wonderful experience.

Went into cicis right before they closed and the two workers in there, tray and alice (sorry best spelling i can do) but they were so sweet and helpful. 10/10 service from those sweethearts will be back soon.

Food – undercooked pizza, what pizza you could get… Not sure the staff knows when they get busy but this staff needs help. Pizza choices were so limited and folks were grabbing 1/2 pizza to make sure the got something.
Service – nice folks but l drive to serve or explain they were having supply issues.
Atmosphere – dirty, sticky tables. Floor covered in pizza and droppings. Plates at door stacked high, no one cleaning the lobby.

For 12.00 you can not beat this all you can eat pizza and salad. Pasta galore. Just look at the pictures. Did you know mac and cheese comes on pizza? Oh and was it good. Made my mouth water. Fountain drinks and free refills. Perfect end to my day. Plus the cinnamon buns were so fantastic . This location is real close to all the shops in Jubilee plaza.
