Staff is amazing. The lady upfront was genuin and professional and treated my boys wonderfuly. She even asked me whag pizza should we make I told her your choice you pick. She picked the peperoni bacon pizza which was so yummy. The place was very clean,,and very child friendly.

Took a large group of hungry students. It was easy communicating our plans with Donna and when we arrived they were ready. Plenty of fresh pizza, pasta, bread sticks, and desserts were ready and replaced as needed. I am glad they are back open and look forward to coming back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Id give it Negative 5 stars if I could. Very sketchy area!! Not enough food for the amount of people in the restaurant. Patrons stand at the buffet holding up the line to take all the pizza as it comes out. Other awful people jumping in front of people to take food, some people not using plates and just their bare hands! Rude awful people in this place. Employees don’t care, why would they?! Place is completely unsanitary, if this a corporate location shut it down! If this is privately owned SHAME on you, atrocious! The patrons are disgusting, rude, loud, ill-behaved!

Had a great experience at CiCi’s Pizza. I brought my group home guys, and the manager on duty was very polite, patient, and helpful. The staff made us feel welcome, and the guys really enjoyed the food and had a wonderful time. Thank you for the great service!

Came with my wife and six young children and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The pizzas kept coming out hot out of the oven, and with good variety. And, thanks to some coupons, we spent less money than I imagined. The ladies restroom only had one clean and functioning stall, but everything else was top notch

It was not the best experience. Spent almost $100 to eat and they didn’t have any pizza on the buffet at all. I do understand being busy, but they should have warned us as we went to pay. There was zero communication with the exception of them yelling out as they put pizza on the line. We left hungry unfortunately. I will be back as my kids love it, but I was highly disappointed.

Just ate there with my significant other after receiving a coupon deal from their app. All the pizza was fresh and hot. Salad bar was fresh and constantly getting topped off. Staff seemed to be working hard, cleaning tables and on top of everything. Glad to see it’s made a great comeback with the new team! Definitely will be returning.

This has to be the worst Cici’s in years. First an foremost food wasnt fresh, salad bar looked a mess and in a disaray. The tables had no red flake or cheese shakers, floors were disgusting, the pizza bar was looking very thin an sad, as well as the “dessert” bar. This was NOT worth $40 for me an my family. Some things are best yet closed. People work too hard for subpar food, customer service, an lazy cleaning.
