I never have a bad experience when I come to cici’s. The staff here is so prompt and nice. The food here is delicious and fresh. If you ever have a custom order, the staff is always so quick to get your order out.

Filthy store, loose tables, ladies room was out of order, not going back. Update: the general manager contacted me, apologized for the condition of the store. Told me that store is on the list to be remodeled this upcoming year. He also offered to buy our next meal. So, I will update once this is done.

We love coming to this location even though it has issues. In a rush they tend to run behind on their specialty pizza options; there are often several tables that are dirty, leaving you with less than optimal table selection; and the area around the drink machine smells like sewage from time to time. If you can get past those complaints, the pizza tastes great as always, and they have a very good selection. Wife enjoys a salad when we go, and the cinnamon rolls are awesome.

We have visited here several times and my kids love it. The staff is always friendly and they keep a wide variety of pizzas available on the buffet. The bathrooms aren’t always the cleanest but overall the restaurant is a pretty good place to eat with your kids.

Let’s be honest, it’s not the greatest pizza in the world, but if you are looking a good variety at a decent price, you can’t beat it! The place was clean. The salad bar was stocked. The cinnamon rolls are really good!

Worse service I have ever received at this location. Had 2 special orders . They kept telling me that they had to keep the buffet full before they could fill special orders. After a 2 hour wait we told them if they would put them in a to go box we would get out of their way. Within 5 minutes they were ready. The crowd in the dinning room was very small and there was no reason that they could not keep buffet full. The buffet was never full. We have to drive over 50 miles to this location, but never again.

Choices were limited. The salad bar was a disappointment. Even the carrots were whole. The food was very good, just wish the selection was better. Their rating is a 85 and you can see why. They need to pay more attention to cleanliness.

This one is hard to rate. The food is okay. The variety is okay. We ordered some wings which took roughly 15 minutes to prepare. They were okay. Everything here is simply average, except the price. It’s really affordable to take the family here. It’s a great place for kids. Unlimited pizza? Yes please! Barbecue pizza? Sure! Alfredo pizza? Of course! Kids will love it. From a food perspective, it’s a 3. Nothing special taste-wise. From a “let’s take the (young) kids out” perspective, it’s a 4. I went with a group of 9 people. We had a blast. I will definitely be revisiting this restaurant.
