A very well run, tasty pizza buffet. They kept it well stocked with favorful pizzas. They made a special request pizza quickly for us. My husband really enjoyed the chicken soup, especially the broth. The salad buffet was fresh and clean. It had your basic toppings for a lettuce salad and several dressings to choice including a lite Italian dressing. The games in the back did not make it a noisy place. It was well staffed on a Saturday evening to keep things operating smoothly. The only difficulty was parking in the handicap space right next to the entrance and unfortunately a pillar on the building. We plan on going again while in the area with a price of $9.49 hard to pass up.

I have only been here one time. Their food was decent, pretty basic, but they had a good variety of choices. Customer service was pretty good as well. I asked for a buffalo pizza and they were able to make one. The arcade seems fun. I didn’t take the time to try it out. The place was not the cleanest, but it was alright. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience and we would go back.

If you have ever been to the Clearwater location and think you should go to this one because it’s closer… don’t bother. Very lackluster arcade. Very small building in general. Although, I found it amusing that it was next to a dispensary. Some genius out there fully thought that placement through. This Cicis location was maybe half the size of the majority that I’ve been too.
Pizza was okay. They had their normal selections out. Everything was well stocked. Salad bar had lots of options. Pasta, unfortunately, still is awful. Bathrooms were okay but they crammed the arcade machines in the same hallway so if kids were playing, you had to get through a crowd to get to them. On the flip side of that, when my kids were playing we had to constantly come completely out of the hallway so people could get by. Just kind of awful placement of machines in general.
Overall, I think I’ll travel the extra 15 minutes through traffic to get to Clearwater. I wouldn’t visit here again.

As a pizza buffet goes, I give it 4 Stars. If this was not a buffet then the pizza on its own would be a 3.5 Stars. I give it that extra half star simple because it is a decent buffet for the price. Good selection of pizzas during the lunch hour. Would come back for a lunch buffet again.

I have been here a few times with my partner and it is a very chill place with pretty good pizza. Personally, I get the traditional wing which are tasty. We noticed an employee by the name of Justin L. and he has great customer service skills and is always busy in the front and meal prepping. He should be store manager if he isn’t already. Good place!

We just ate there this evening. For 2 Seniors it was 54.90. We ordered 20 wings for 26.00 and two buffets with 2 drinks. The pasta was soggy, the pizza was okay. However let me tell you about the wings. 1. The cashier asked me blue cheese or ranch. Responded Blue cheese, thought that was odd but anyway. The buzzer goes off go get the wings. Sat down and the first drum I bit into it was cold and raw! Pure red blood to the bone. I take it back up to the young man and tell him they are cold and raw. I showed him the drum. Ok he says I will redo them. Comes back with the wings about 20 minutes later. Yes they are hot and seemed done, the 3 rd drum in I find the drum that I showed him was raw! He served us the same wings that I had returned. To include the piece that I had spit out of my mouth as well as the wing that I had bit into! NOW Food service protocols say throw those away and make new. That is a health code violation! I immediately stopped eating the wings. I walked up to the girl who is clearing dishes and asked for a box for our wings. She says to me “They will charge you to take the wings with you”. To which I responded I paid for those wings separate from the buffet! Nope we will charge you to remove them, so I took the greasy paper and carried my wings in my hand out! We haven’t been to CICIs in years. We decided on tonight and I will Never Ever step foot back in there! I will also be notifying the health department about this situation. You can get someone very sick and cross contaminate every other customer!

All you can eat pizza, fun and games mainly for kids but adults can play too. They’ll make a whole new pizza with your choice of toppings just for you in about 15ish minutes.
It’s great value for the ones that can stomach it, food does make you feel satiated very quickly though so be prepared the day before you go.
Only downside I could think of was when I went around opening hours the hand sanitizer dispenser at the front was out making the experience uncomfortable.
The staff were great overall though, cannot complain.

Ramp was handy and well kept up. Now the 2 stars down was because of parking. $11 seem pretty high. Also paying by phone? What is it’s safe from water droppings at home? Or you don’t do internet? I’m savvy, but I was having all kinds of trouble with signal and the poor programing of the site. At $11 you should be able to afford the envelope option as a failsafe.

I was instantly greeted by friendly staff when I arrived, and promptly checked out at the register. So many food options on the buffet! All the staff were so friendly and attentive. I’ve been to many different Cici’s locations over the years, and I really feel that this one is the best. I will definitely be coming back for a long time.
