Sitting eating my pizza and look up to the lady at the salad bar pouring in the croutons while using her other hand to pick out the ones she wants to eat from the container. Why asking us to use clean plates on each trip if your workers are using bare hands to serve pizza and prep the salad bar. Then I ask for the manager. Guillermo decided to leave it on the bar instead of pulling it. Sat here for another 5 mins to see if they would pull it. Still nothing. Now that I asked for corporate number they want to sit back and laugh. This is the worst service ever and very unsanitary. Gloria is the woman responsible for eating with her bare hands then acted like she wasn’t wrong.

This place is a wonderful experience and I love returning here every 2 to 3 years for the unchanging decor and consistency.
If you’re looking for high-end dining, you’re in the wrong zip code. This place is the ultimate test of “quantity over quality.” For the price of a bus pass, you get unlimited access to a buffet that’s about 70% crust and 30% prayer.
The Atmosphere:
The decor is “Early 90s Dentist Office” mixed with “Gas Station Chic.” The carpet has a texture that suggests it’s holding the building together, and the lighting is just bright enough to make you regret looking closely at the salad bar.
The Food:
The Pizza: It’s thin, floppy, and has a layer of oil that could lubricate a truck engine. The “Cheese” stays liquid long after it should have solidified.
The Dessert: The “Cinnamon Sticks” are just regular crusts with a dusting of sugar, but they’re strangely addictive.
The Drinks: The soda fountain is 40% carbonated water and 60% hope, but at least the refills are free.
The Verdict:
Is it good? No. Is it a lot of food for ten dollars? Absolutely. Bring your own napkins and maybe some antacids.

I went in knowing Cici’s is a budget buffet, but even with that expectation, the experience fell short. The pizza felt like the bare minimum you can do and still technically call it pizza. Most of the slices were soft and soggy instead of crisp, and the flavors all blended together in a way that made everything taste the same—more like different combinations of meat and cheese on an edible dough base than actual, distinct pizzas.
They were completely out of water during my visit. Not bottled water—any water. For a restaurant, especially one serving hot, salty food, that’s a pretty big miss.
I’m not trying to be harsh; the staff was polite and the price is low, so if you’re just looking to fill up on something warm and inexpensive, it might work. But if you’re looking for pizza that’s even passably good, this isn’t the place. There are plenty of better options nearby if you want something that actually tastes like pizza rather than a quick assembly of dough, sauce, and toppings.
Expect sticky floors…

This was a great Cicis I got there around 845pm on a Monday and there was a nice crowd of people inside. The pizza was plentiful and hot. A proper assembly line of new pizzas waiting to be cooked could be seen from the seating area. The employees were making sure that fresh pizza was being pumped out. I also saw them frequently cleaning the pizza area to ensure a sanitary environment. Overall an excellent Cicis experience. If a cicis isn’t bringing out fresh pizza I don’t go back to that location ever again so glad to see this was a good one.

My friends and I came to celebrate our friend’s birthday last night and WOW— to say we had a great time would be an understatement! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were met with big smiles and exceptional service. The staff joined the celebration with us by wearing the party hats we brought, which was so much fun. The food was fresh and tasty, and the experience was truly one to be remembered. Our birthday buddy was even gifted a birthday card from one of the staff members with coupons for our next visit!! We were overjoyed by how kind the Cici’s team was to us from beginning to end.
Cici’s is a childhood memory for me (I went with my family as a child, and I was always so excited for that one restaurant outing at the end of the week), and I hadn’t stepped foot in a Cici’s in maybe a decade. This first visit back in years reminded me of one thing— good pizza, a full salad bar, and those addicting-ly delicious cinnamon rolls are always in style, whether it’s 1999 or 2025. Can’t wait to come back to Cici’s on International Drive for our next celebration!

Nice atmosphere. New pizza came out timely. I didn’t like how the employee put chicken pizza in the same pan as pork pizza. . There were also a lot of tables that were unclean which resulted in us sitting in a very secluded area.

Not a good place to eat. I asked the server if he can make me a pizza because I don’t eat tomato sauce. He blatantly lied and said there was no more chicken. So I went to someone else and ask them they made the me the pizza with no problem. The dude that I asked to make the was just standing in the corner flashing his hair then he start messing with the food flashing his hair. I guess he just came from the salon and it was so bouncy. He just kept flashing his hair over the food. The other food that my niece had gotten the pizza was so soggy wasn’t cooked all the way we just got up and left. Not a good place to eat. Choose a different place.

It is a pizza buffett, so expect a lot of food. The pizza is good, but not a New York Italian style or something a bit pricier. It is good tho with all you can eat salad bar and all you can eat dessert bar too. Employees are always great. A bit noisy sometimes for neuro divergent or people bothered by noise. Mostly pretty normal/peaceful tho.

Popped in tonight as we’d got sick of chicken, burgers and chips (fries). Cheap and relatively cheerful. $60 dollars for 4 of us.
Fairly average pizza, quite tasty but extremely greasy. Good selection though and constantly being refreshed by the staff.
The desert section was delicious.
The woman’s toilets were disgusting, dirty loo roll down the side of the toilet and half the ceiling was missing, think you need to ensure toilets are regularly cleaned as this is pretty off putting.
