This Cici’s Pizza is phenomenal. Everyone is genuinely so kind. The pizzas were fresh and delicious. I told the team and manager that I love CaseOh and they helped me get a memorabilia piece of his Mac and CaseOh pizza signage. I love to come here! Wish I was able to do it more often. Thank you Cici’s pizza for making everyone feel welcome.

It’s an all new Cicis! Quite literally this used to be a once in a blue moon visit just due to the lack of….well everything.
I did not expect to walk in with my family to a complete 180. The new management is so kind and friendly! The restaurant is a million times cleaner and I truly felt like as a customer, we mattered. It was a huge enough shift that I had to ask if it was a new owner.
Please, please keep up the good work! We will be coming back more regularly!

Brought the kiddos in over the weekend after not going in for a while due to the quality going so downhill. It’s improved 100%, the food is hot, staff is friendly and on it when you come in, THEY HAVE ICE! (They almost never had ice before), and it’s so much cleaner. No more loud music that makes it difficult to talk.

Greg and the team were very helpful and courteous, consistently checking on if we needed anything. They made a variety of selections and were accommodating of requests. I tell you Wat! This new manager is making a difference. Not only does he try to right the old wrong ways, but him and his staff did go out THIER way to meet all the expectations. He was understanding of the situation as customers encountered with the game area and went up and beyond to make everything right. I’m happy to return two weeks later and not only did he remember us but remembered our favorite pizza. Glad to see Cicis coming back to better standards !

The place was dirty and employees had poor higiene. There was no running water in the bathrooms to wash your hands and the plates were dirty. There was an employee that was sick, his nose very runny, and he was not only working in the kitchen, but also with no gloves.

Hi welcome to Cicis!!! It’s all I heard. This place wass great, Greg the manager definitely ran a tight show. Pizza was fresh, the forks were hard to find, but the staff directed me to the right area. Great job guys, brings my church people on Sunday.
