Very friendly staff. More than 15 varieties of pizza to choose from. Will prepare special orders if we what you want wasn’t on the bar. Also choosing 2 types of pasta with sauce, a salad bar, and a dessert bar. Great place for b-day parties

First of all employees are really lovely and trying to help. So I should congratulate the manager for staff selection.
Basically they operate like an open buffet pizza shop you basically pay roughly 13 dollars and you can get unlimited pizza, soup, salad bar and some deserts and drinks…. So definetely value for money place.
But I give four stars as they have room for improvement at two main topics.
First one is that it is too noisy and they should evaluate implementing noise cancelation/reduction materials to ceiling/flat walls etc.
The second topic is beef only options as a person who cannot eat pork product I would love to have beed pepperonis available.
The pizza is delicious for the price but to be honest it is not top edge, it is above avarage but worth the money.
As a side note they have an arcade center in the shop where you can buy some credits and play the games you want so it is a good option for arcade lovers or families with children.

I hardly ever do google reviews unless I am left highly impressed by a restaurant. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. They were constantly asking if we had any requests for pizza at the buffet. There were employees walking around picking up your plates and asking if you needed anything. The pizza was fresh and delicious. The bathrooms were also clean as well as the dining area. I will most certainly be coming back to bring the whole family. I was very pleased! Keep up the great work!

Ah the nostalgia! Of course I remember the food better but still a great place for families! Lots of fun arcade games and friendly hard working staff.
The pizza quality was marginal but I’m sure it’d be top notch for a kid!

My husband and I went today for the first time and we had a great experience. From the salad bar and 8 different types of pizzas . They also had a good looking pasta bar but it was too filling for us. Our salad was great and so was the pizza. The staff was fantastic and the place was really clean and open feeling. We will definitely be back again soon.

We had a great experience at Cici’s for our birthday party. We were checked on several times and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone in our group found something they liked, and there was plenty of fresh pizza coming out and the buffet stayed full the entire time. We highly recommend it for an easy and fun celebration.

Cici’s pizza of Thomasville, ga gave excellent customer service todastore manager juan was an excellent host – I was thoroughly impressed with the service. God bless you all!! Although my initial experience with the store was good – since then I’ve been told even if I order a buffet & my wife orders I few slices she has to carry hers out – I don’t understand this rule but it’s seems like discrimination – please explain!!!

I don’t think I can value this place as a pizza buffet restaurant. There are in store more game machines than in many an arcade, and they’re very noisy to allow you to enjoy a pizza meal. So they are a gaming arcade that also makes pizza, maybe? Their pizza itself is not standard quality, some are good and some are overloaded with heavy sauces. Their prices are rock bottom, yet not really cheaper than anyone else once all considered. Order and cleanliness suffer, when compared to other buffet restaurants. If their pizza was a standard dependable quality and the store was not so unpleasant to be in, because of all those noisy gaming machines, I should most certainly visit more often and rate them much higher.

Edit: I would highly appreciate if my drink and food wouldn’t be cleared off my table and thrown away multiple times just because I walk away for a moment to get more food or use the bathroom. I’m not even done eating and drinking my drink thats on the table and having that kind of service happen more than once is unacceptable. Give people a chance to come back to their food or at least say they are done with their plates to you. I walk away for less than a minute and here is all my stuff being thrown away like I’m already done.
Buffet had plenty to choose from when I arrived. Salad bar tasted fresh and delicious. Chicken soup could of had more chicken in the soup. There was loads of pizza to choose from on the buffet. Some pizzas did need more sauce on them and some pizza looked a bit hard. Yet they did have fresh pizza come in and eventually took out the other ones. Apple dessert pizza was delicious though my brownie wasn’t cooked all the way through. Overall the food still was still good and left with a full stomach.
