Went here with grandson for lunch The food is ok. Warm not hot. Even fresh pizza wasn’t hot. The game room was an absolute rip off. Anytime the claw picked up anything it would drop it right before it would reach where it was “ won” and for a two year old that is really upsetting. Yes claws are money makers for establishments. But a non win over and over is ridiculous. Should be more kid friendly. And much cleaner. The handles felt dirty!!!! Doesn’t take long to wipe things down. The homeless woman staring at us wasn’t fun either. All she did was go in and out and smoke.
Shouldn’t be allowed where kids are. Very creepy. Yes we felt bad for her but cmon.

Dear Mr CiCi. Today we decided to show our daughter what a pizza buffet was. We arrived at your place about 7:30. We entered and spoke to the girl behind the counter. She was nice but seemed bored. After we received our cups we then ventured into the tables. That was a little hard to find one that wasn’t loose and very unstable, most where ripped and had loose food on them. It was very busy and for the staff to seem bored didn’t feel like they took pride in the place they represented but we did find a booth with what I can best describe as a interrogation light over the table. The drink station was a little hectic but mostly clean. We then ventured over to the salad bar and pizza station. The salad bar was stacked and plates were clean. The pizza was fresh and even though the three gentlemen working behind the line were talking loudly about the girls they were trying to “turn out” they were polite when asked for a special pizza. It seems like with a little maintenance and a deep clean to the dining area this wouldn’t be an ever week place but somewhere that people would feel like the value was worth the experience. I wish you well and hope this helps to make your experience for your customers better so they will frequent your establishment more often. P.S we did have fun in the game room.

My family and I dined in last night, and while the customer service was great and the employees were very helpful and kept the pizza bar well-stocked but the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing. The salad bar and pasta bar were in poor condition messy, unorganized, and unappealing. The dining area and bathrooms also needed serious attention; the walls were caked with grime, and the floors were sticky throughout.
It’s clear the establishment is older, but that’s no excuse for it to be dirty. From reading other reviews, it seems this has been an ongoing issue that still hasn’t been addressed. The staff themselves were wonderful, but the restaurant desperately needs a deep cleaning and better upkeep.

I went not too long ago about a week ago. Food was great and customer service was excellent all I will say is that when I went to Smithfield cicis there was this older lady who was there the whole time kept staring at us and made us very uncomfortable she was wearing a red jacket and had to move tables cause she just kept staring. Didn’t see her eat or anything just kept going out for smoke and coming back in. When we went to leave she went out again and then just kept staring at us even shaking her head.. other than that everyone was great!

We had never eaten here before so we wanted to try it. The cleanliness of the place really isn’t acceptable. I tried to find their rating but it didn’t appear to be on display. The seats are torn, the ceilings are water stained, the pizza counters weren’t cleaned, the drink area (especially the teas) looked very dirty. I didn’t get ice because I’d hate to see the mold inside the ice tank if the appearance looks like this on the outside. For this alone I can only give 2 stars.
The pizzas were hit or miss, some were really good and some were not. Biggest issue was variety and them keeping the buffet stocked. When we left there was only 1 half-taken pizza for the entire restaurant. I’m not sure what the staff is doing but I don’t understand how they expect to feed a buffet with one pizza. I definitely cannot recommend eating here at all the way things were. The only staff who seemed to be doing his job and was polite was the bus boy.

Food was really good. Love the deep dish pizza. All the booths are very uncomfortable. Cushions are beat and tables rock all over. Place needs some love, starting to get that worn out feelings inside
