Cici’s was very busy at lunchtime after church today. But, staff remained friendly, courteous & kept the pizza coming! Caleb was great seeing that we got what we neeed!

I’ve always been a Cici’s fan since day one! The food here is cheap and pretty tasty for the price you pay.
The salad bar has a lot of options and is all fresh vegetables. The soup is good, especially the classic chicken noodle soup, the pizza bar, which is the whole reason why we come here and have a lot of variety that they switch out on. I’d say they could use more sauce and thinner crust, but other than that, it’s good pizza. If you want your own custom pizza, they will make it for you. You just have to ask a worker, and they’ll make your pizza request into a mini personalized pizza just for you! I got a supreme pizza with extra sauce, and it is heavenly good. I’d definitely recommend asking for it. The dessert section is good, especially the brownies I love very much. The dessert oreo crumble pizza is kind of dry, though, and not so good. I’d just recommend cookies by themselves at that point as a dessert option.
The management here is amazing. Super nice workers and bubbly, too. They are definitely some keepers, definitely! Shout out to Greg he was the one who made me my customized mini supreme pizza.
I’ll always come here so often to check back up on Cici’s pizza and to enjoy myself to some all you can eat pizza.

Immediately, when I walked in, I was greeted by Ms. Alisha and Mr. Caleb, resembling the “Welcome to Moe’s!” Greeting that Moe’s get, which was refreshing and honestly a great start to the experience. The initial tendering of my transaction went smooth and quick. Caleb knew the price, moved efficiently, and used the moment to let me know that since there are few people in the restaurant if I want a type of pizza to let him know and it’ll be made (not verbatim). Communicating that ahead of time means a lot because I know it’s hard to volunteer to do more work at your job, lol. I’ma try not to make this too lengthy but the whole experience was so great.
Ms. Alisha was so kind and even reminded me that she would help handle any overspill on the buffet when she noticed me being extra careful. When I requested a pizza (that wasn’t really something most people would want) they made me a small personal pizza which was delicious. Ms. Alisha even came to my table and grabbed some plates which I don’t think I’ve ever experienced at a Cicis. Great job to these to folks. That level of initiative and ownership is what made my experience great. FYI I went on a Wednesday between 2pm-3pm.

I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. It’s filthy from top to bottom and in serious need of a deep clean. After everything we’ve been through with COVID, you’d think cleanliness would be a priority, but clearly not here. There’s dried-up grease stuck to everything, and the pots and pans are so dirty they shouldn’t even be used for cooking. The food under the heat lamp looked like it had been sitting there forever, and the workers didn’t appear to practice basic hygiene none of them looked clean, and I highly doubt they were washing their hands. The brownie pan was so rusty and burnt, it didn’t even seem safe to bake in. The bathroom situation was just as bad. It smelled horrible, and the back door was cracked open right next to it, making it feel even more unsanitary. As a woman, I didn’t feel comfortable using it at all. The floors were sticky like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks, and there was dirty water above the trash can I don’t even want to think about what runs through there at night. I wanted to ask for my money back, but I didn’t want to deal with an argument. Instead, I just left, after paying $32 and leaving a $3 tip. Honestly, this place needs to shut down and undergo a proper cleaning before serving food again. I have photos and videos to back up everything I’m saying. If you care about cleanliness and food safety, I’d stay far away from here.

Me and my family have been coming here for years. The manager josh has been here and has been serving my family. Hes always smiling and his staff are always attentive. Me and my daughter have been getting the same person pizzas for the longest time ever. On one occasion me and my daughter went there for a daddy-daughter date and when we walked in, he smiled at my daughter and said ill make your mac and cheese pizza. Today, (it was a sunday and they were packed) me ,my wife, and daughter who just had her birthday came in and he knew right away what to make for her and when i didn’t order what i usually do, he asked my wife why i didnt order anything. I am informed him the reason why and he wished me well and said he looked forward to serving it to me again. Josh is a dedicated manager and is definitely me and my daughters favorite. #youthegoatjosh

I’ve went to several birthday parties here and have eaten here many times, always a great experience! They have a salad bar and a huge array of pizzas and usually 3 or 4 dessert options as well. The sodas are self serve and you can get as many refills as you want. You can ask for any kind of pizza you want and they will make it fresh! One of the more fun and unique pizzas is the macaroni pizza! They also have pasta and soup! They have an arcade area too that all the kids love.

There’s typically a fight for customer service at the front counter however the pizza maker is actually better than most locations. The salad bar was a bit scarce but I like the pizza here. The cook actually made a full bar at 8pm and they closed at 9 FRESH
