We ate here Sunday night and had a wonderful experience. Alex helped us at the front and offered exceptional service! When I was getting pizza, he was very cheerfully helping some young kids with the salad bar. Always great to see someone enjoying their job. It says a lot about the establishment. We will definitely be back!

So, we love this CiCi’s. Unfortunately last night was the second dinner I’d had there that was well below expectations. My daughter and I came in at 8:53. An hour before the store closes. Half of the dining room was shut down, this half included more tables and the claw machines. The floors were being mopped and at no point could we house that part of the restaurant. The manager had stopped serving pizza on the buffet. The only thing fresh were the cheese sticks and upon coming in he told every customer “if you don’t see what you like on the line you can order on the kiosk” cicis is a pizza buffet, that is supposed to be the atmosphere, instead it was more like any regular restaurant , sitting ordering and waiting for your food to arrive. And the pizza on the line had been sitting there for who knows how long not be in used or remade. It just wasn’t a cicis experience. And this was the second time it was like this. What if a team had come in? Or lots of people from the movie theater? Would they have been turned away because there was no pizza and half the store was closed to customers? I work in food , we do not and never have closed that much of a store down that early, in any of my work places. It was just kind of a waste. I understand the time but still an hour early is a little too early. On the plus side, the manager was friendly, but he’s probably spending more on personal pizzas than keeping the line stocked.

A lot has changed in the years that I have been here. For starters, there was nobody that said the standard used to be greeting of “Welcome to CiCi’s!” I don’t recall seeing a price list for the buffet or wings etc. My friend and I were given the senior discount for the buffet which does not come with a drink. Huh? The senior buffet was the same price for a regular buffet which came with a drink. So where is the discount? I believe the price was almost $30 for buffet. How can one afford to feed a family? There is a weird kiosk to place specialty pizzas. You used to be able to tell the staff what to make you. The pizza is too doughy or not enough toppings. It gets cold fast! The salad bar has improved! Kudos on that. The staff especially those who wipe down the tables just stare at you and don’t communicate. Totally odd! This place needs several changes but probably starting with management. Pictures will be posted! Lastly, horrible bathrooms and loud environment.

Cicis pizza delivers food to my childrens school. There was a mix-up on MY END,as the parent as far as payment and dates,etc. My kindergartner had no lunch, but I was given a Mr.Abrahams ?phone number to call by my school.I called him, we tried to find the information and couldn’t,but without reserve,he jumped to,what did he get last time “pizza and…” Never asked me for a payment etc…he said “the main concern is getting your boy fed,just send me the email and information when you find it.” Hung up.
Which I just did…but my point is,this man could have done what most of us expect from businesses to do – NOTHING.
What shocked me was,this man,is the owner. -Now,if you don’t care about your customers and getting everything done right,you certainly don’t give out your personal phone number. But,this man did and does..So,if you want fresh, everything,and super genuine people,go to CiCi’s. They earn every dollar. Just my experience.

Today was a rough day all together. The manager that was on duty Alex was beyond amazing. He had Christmas music on and singing and having so much fun. He made the atmosphere easy and enjoyable to be in. He was doing a little bit of everything while we were there. This manager deserves a raise and deserves employee of the month for being such a great employee. I truly enjoyed our time there eating. Thank you Alex for being so awesome!!! we love to go to cicis its one of my son’s favorite places and now my daughter loves to go but why on earth are there no changing tables. Especially when you promote yourselves as family friendly. Would have been a 5 star but not having changing tables in 2026 is crazy.

I want to share some honest feedback regarding our visits. Each time we dine at your restaurant, as we approach the restroom area, it smells strongly like urine and is truly unbearable. Once inside, the odor is so overwhelming that we feel the need to hold our breath.
When we visited again on Friday during dinner, we were very surprised and disappointed to encounter the same issue in the restroom hallway. This has been a recurring problem, and it’s concerning that it has not yet been resolved.
We truly enjoy dining here, but the restroom conditions significantly affect the overall experience. We sincerely hope this matter can be addressed promptly.

It’s been awhile that I’ve been to this CiCi’s cuz I live in Winston but they have a kiosk where you can order your own pizza. I thought it be a full size pizza but it’s just a personal Pizza they’re so cute this is an awesome Added Touch to this restaurant.
