We decided to visit Cici’s Pizza for dinner last night. This is one of the locations that remained open – all of the Cici’s closer to my address have closed.
We’ve eaten at this Broad Street location a few times before. The staff members are always positive, friendly, and helpful. They are always attentive and willing to make requested items to keep the buffet line fully stocked with plenty of food and variety.
Each pizza, salad item, pasta, sauce, and dessert item looked fresh. Everything we ate was well-prepared and delicious!
We are looking forward to our next visit to Cici’s Pizza !!

I recently visited CiCi’s Pizza in Richmond, Virginia with my family, and we had a great experience from start to finish. CiCi’s is a self-serve, all-you-can-eat buffet-style restaurant, which makes it easy to grab exactly what you want and try a little bit of everything.
The buffet offers a large selection of pizza choices, from classic favorites to specialty flavors, and fresh pizzas were consistently being brought out. In addition to pizza, they also offer a small selection of pasta, soup, and salad, along with wings and cheesy bread. If you have a sweet tooth, the dessert options are a real highlight. They offer cinnamon rolls, fudge brownies, Bavarian dessert pizza, and apple dessert pizza, giving you plenty of sweet choices to finish your meal.
One thing I truly appreciated is that the staff is very friendly and accommodating. If a certain pizza is running low or if a customer wants a specific style that isn’t currently on the buffet, you can request it. The staff immediately begins preparing that pizza, placing it in the oven, and then bringing it directly to the table that requested it. This allows the customer to enjoy as much of that specific pizza as they would like before it is placed out on the buffet for others to enjoy. That level of attentiveness and customer service really stands out.
The food was hot, flavorful, and well-prepared. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying. The buffet area was neatly organized, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, and tables were cleared promptly.
What impressed me most was the owner. He is very polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful to his customers. He goes out of his way to make people feel welcome. What I respected the most is that he is not afraid to get his hands dirty. I personally saw him picking up a broom, sweeping, and mopping the floors. You don’t always see owners or managers doing that — usually that responsibility is passed off to someone else. It was clear that there is no job in that building that he wouldn’t do himself before asking someone else to do it. That kind of leadership earns a lot of respect.
My mom and dad go there pretty regularly, and they have been satisfied with almost every experience lately. They’ve both mentioned how impressed they are with the overall environment, the friendliness of the staff, and how much the location has continued to improve.
Another great benefit is that CiCi’s Pizza has an app. If you download the app and become a member, you can earn points that go toward discounts on menu options. It’s a nice added bonus for regular customers and makes the value even better.
The atmosphere is relaxed, casual, and family-friendly — perfect for a laid-back meal with friends or family. The all-you-can-eat option offers excellent value for the price and generous portions.
Overall, CiCi’s Pizza in Richmond delivers a welcoming, clean, and enjoyable buffet-style dining experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.

The buffet is definitely worth the price. Great for families or kids or anyone. I loved going here when I was a child about 25 years ago. Recently went back to visit for the first time
And I was surprised how it was still such a great experience. The food isn’t 5 stars obviously. It’s a cheap buffet, but you definitely get more than what you pay for. I love the salad bar. Deserts are great. The pizza is decent and it’s always fresh and hot. There is a game room for kids. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My son wanted 2 things for his birthday, to go to a trampoline park and to get stuffed crust pizza! I called close to 20 different pizza places in Richmond and no one would make stuffed crust for us! We decided to go to Cicis because we knew they had dessert pizza and thought that would be special instead!
Little did we know that when we walked in we told the person at the register that our son really wanted stuffed crust and guess what! They made us a whole special pizza for our table complete with stuffed crust! We enjoyed the rest of the buffet as well. The customer service was spectacular which is hard to come by today at any restaurant.
You truly cannot beat the prices either for the buffet, such a deal!

My family and I ate here for lunch today, July 4, 2025, and it was awesome! Management at this restraunt are very considerate to their customers and are exceptionally professional.
