GOOD: Wow – gameday + quality pizza, amazing price, friendly staff, immaculately clean and organized
BAD: Nothing that I can honestly recall
Cicis was a grand slam. It’s not gourmet brick oven pizza and they don’t pretend to be. It’s family oriented, immaculately clean and so easy to navigate. The staff was great, offering to make any pizza you wanted to try – and there were tons of choices. The pizza quality is like you ordered that hot game day pie, but better. It’s not brick oven, who cares? It was very satisfying.
There was at least 8 different types on the buffet, plus salad, cold, AND hot pasta with sauces. There was an apple pie and sticky bun pizza to boot. It has lots of seating and games for the kids. You get this all for 10 bucks (drink extra). Give me a break. I can’t wait to go back – more then food, I had fun. (They also make pizzas for take out.)

I absolutely love Cicis Pizza! The buffet offers an incredible selection of pizzas, pastas, salads, and desserts—all for an affordable price. The crust is always fresh, and the flavors are delicious, especially the mac & cheese pizza and cinnamon rolls! The staff is friendly and keeps the buffet well-stocked. It’s a perfect spot for families, quick lunches, or even casual dinners. Highly recommend for anyone craving unlimited pizza without breaking the bank!

Really, just a great place to eat if you like pizza. Really good pizza, made any way you want it, and very reasonably priced. As an added bonus, the CiCi’s employees at this location are some nicest people around.
I wish we still had CiCi’s Restaurants in the Rochester, NY area! Always a nice treat to stop here for lunch or dinner when we’re in the Lancaster area. If you like pizza and are near this CiCi’s, I highly recommend stopping in!

Good pizza, plenty of choices. Has dessert pizza, cinnamon rolls, and Coke Products.
Eric was great! Pleasant greeting when we got there, told me what each pizza was on the buffet. Very friendly and welcoming. Somebody give him a raise, lol, as he is doing a good job.

Pizza tastes ok at, but atmosphere and customer service are very good and they put a very generous amount of cheese on pizza. Plus the price is very good. So, the combination of price, amount of food, taste, atmosphere, and customer service adds up to 5 stars. I think they use muenster cheese instead of mozarella. But yea, it’s a very nice and inexpensive place to sit down and eat.

You definitely get waaay more than what you pay! The restaurant was clean as well as the bathroom! The employee kept putting new pizzas on the buffet every couple of minutes. The salad was fresh too! If I lived closer, I would definitely return more often! You should definitely give this place a try!

This location is the best Cicis I’ve ever been to. You will never find a better cook staff than here. Eric and Johnny are awesome. They just love to please their customers and are always happy to listen to anyones requests. I highly recommend going to this Cicis if you want a great all you can eat pizza experience!

This restaurant is an all you can eat Buffet consisting of salad, soup, breadsticks, pasta, pizza and dessert. It is not very fancy, but it is very economical if you have a lot of small children. It is hard these days to go out traveling with your children and find food for them to eat that they will enjoy. While pizza isn’t the most healthiest food, everything is fine in moderation after all. . We have eaten here before, and came back specifically because we have two picky eater children. Everyone was able to get a little some thing of what they wanted which makes it a much more pleasant eating experience! They had lots of salad dressing choices for the salad, and some good toppings including what looks to be homemade croutons. The soup was a little on the plain side, but I’m sure once again that is so a child might not find it so spicy. I just use some red pepper flakes to give mine a little zip. The pizza I had was nice and fresh, and the chef bringing out the pizza even asked if I was looking for something special. He stated he would make something if I didn’t see it out. They rotated what they had very quickly. There wasn’t anything sitting out for a long time. The desserts were either a little cinnamon buns or dessert pizza which was either apple topped or cheese topped as in like a cheese danish. Drinks or a separate price but you can go and refill your cup as many times as you’d like. This is a good place to go for big families who are on a budget and don’t want to break the bank.

This place is great! It is all you can eat pizza and the kids and I just love it! The guy that checks you in and makes the pizza even asked if we had any requests for certain pizzas. That was appreciated We come here often and will continue to do so!
