The ambience of Cicily’s is phenomenal. Dimly but perfectly lit, it’s perfect for a date or just a night out with your gals. The service we received was awesome, and the food came quickly and was delicious. The risotto was flavorful and had tender pieces of chicken. The salmon was also great and tender as well, I enjoyed the way they topped and seasoned it.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Cecily’s Italian Restaurant! I had dinner here with a newly discovered cousin who was visiting from out of town for work, and this spot was the perfect place for our meeting. My cousin is very selective about her food and atmosphere, but Cecily’s delivered on every level, delicious food, great wine, and a warm, welcoming vibe.
The wait staff was truly outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, and made us feel right at home. We were so engrossed in learning about our family tree and catching up that we ended up staying almost an hour after closing, yet the staff remained friendly, patient, and never rushed us out. That level of hospitality is rare and so appreciated.
Every dish we tried was fresh and flavorful, and the service made our dinner even more memorable. I wish I could remember every name to thank the team personally! If you’re looking for a local place in Medford with amazing Italian food, excellent service, and a comfortable setting for special occasions (or just catching up with loved ones), I can’t recommend Cecily’s enough. We’ll be back for certain!

This is our Date night go to. We love the food. The atmosphere. I didn’t take a picture but we also had the cheese stuffed risotto. For desert they have the best. Tiramisu. My hubby loves the crème brûlée

Had the best time at Cicily‘s today. Our Book & Whine Club reserved a table on their outdoor patio for our monthly book club meeting. The weather was not great, but their outdoor heaters were super and we even got too warm.
The food was excellent. The wait staff was very attentive and pleasant. We were served quickly and the entree was hot when served. So nice, especially eating outside.
We will definitely have to go back!

I took my girlfriend there on Valentine’s Day. They were extremely busy and some of the customers around us were very rude and demanding. Even though they were extremely busy my experience was great. The service, the timing and accuracy and the friendliness was top-notch. All of our food and drinks were great. I recommend.

Our book club met on the patio for an art project and to discuss our monthly book, and the staff were super great and completely catered to all our needs! The food was delicious and the staff were all very accommodating!!!! I would definitely recommend this place for a great time and will be back soon!

The ambiance is lovely and the wait staff attentive. Food disappointing today. The bread tough as if reheated in microwave. Zia salad had great components- why would artichoke hearts not be the marinated variety? No flavor… The fresh basil dressing was sweet- not appropriate with this salad. Lastly minestrone soup disappointed where were the vegetables? Too many canned red beans in the soup..

We went here on a Tuesday with some friends. It was busy for a weeknight but the service was excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and good for a romantic meal. We had the Eggplant parmesean, Vodka Ravioli, and Olio Fresco pasta. They were all delicious. For dessert we had the Turimasu.

I am gluten and dairy free, which is hard to go out and eat.. especially at an Italian restaurant. I went in with a specific dish in mind due to the holiday. They didn’t have it, but that did not stop them. They accommodated me and made me a beautiful dinner, including a drink, completely gluten and dairy free. On top of the food being delicious the service was phenomenal. This is my favorite restaurant. I will definitely be back. It’s always nice when you can see someone loves their job, everyone there you can tell care about each other and work as a team. Simply, thank you.
