The owner needs to be respectful to both employees and customers. I am visiting from another state, and your staff and customers deserve courtesy and professionalism. Constant swearing is inappropriate. Reserve your tables properly and communicate with your staff politely.

Ciceros has become a frequent stop. The staff has gotten to know the kids and interact with them often. Waitresses are always on top of their game. And kitchen staff really know how to make darn good food. A++ in my book.

We got take out from here two days in a row because we were working across the street on a job site. We had dinner the first night and a late lunch the next day. Both were pretty good.

The first night, I had the chicken parmesan with triple chicken with cavatappi noodles. It was amazing. My one small complaint is that they only put sauce on the chicken parm and forgot to sauce the noodles. My son had a Sicilian burger that he said was awesome.

The next day, we had one and a half dozen whole wings. Overall, they were really good wings. We asked for parmesan buffalo sauce. The box with six wings were sauced correctly, but the box with a dozen wings only had buffalo. Two of the wings had giant black spots where the bones broke, making major sections of them inedible. Those small issues aside; we devoured the other sixteen wings.

I’d say it’s a solid choice if you are already in the area.

We came on a Saturday evening for dinner with our three kids. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, but the staff still seemed overwhelmed. When we asked what was on tap, our server—who was just a few feet from the bar—wasn’t sure. That was understandable, given the disorganized atmosphere.

We placed our order and asked for everything to be brought out together. About 10 minutes later, someone who wasn’t our server delivered my soup—without the roll I had requested. No other food came at that time. The soup, labeled as “lobster bisque,” was microwave hot: scalding around the edges and cold in the center. While the broth had a decent flavor, it was filled with imitation crab instead of lobster.

Meanwhile, my husband and kids just sat with drinks. About 20 minutes after that, the kids’ meals and my husband’s salad finally arrived—still with no check-in from our server and no refills offered. Oddly, my roll came around then—long after my soup was gone—and was hotter than the soup had been.

To their credit, the kids’ meals were generous. The sliders were great, fries were plentiful, and the pizza was loaded with toppings. My husband’s salad, however, was disappointing—just a pile of lettuce with a cup of cheese, canned chicken, and random toppings. There was no option for a lighter dressing, so he had to settle for buffalo sauce.

At this point, we had been sitting for close to 45 minutes with no refills, and our server continued to skip our table. We overheard her telling another table that they don’t allow menu substitutions so the kitchen “doesn’t screw things up,” and that they were out of burgers. We also watched staff argue about not wanting to seat people in the larger dining room because they couldn’t handle more tables.

Eventually, we flagged down our server. She apologized and explained she had six tables. We kindly asked for drink refills and ketchup, which wasn’t on the table. The table beside us mentioned they hadn’t been here in years—and we were starting to understand why.

Poor service. Disappointing food. Unfortunately, not an experience we’ll be eager to repeat.

Hidden gem with a great menu, lots of options and I enjoyed my quesidilla. I’ll certainly stop back to try some other dishes.

Stopped in 2 weeks ago for Taco Tuesday. No seats at the bar so I sat down at one of the high top tables. One of the regular patrons bought me a drink but neither waitress came over to wait on me. Then I made a post on FB then the young waitress came over but she couldn’t take my food order so I walked out

They had one waitress for the whole restaraunt, who we saw twice our whole time there. It would have only been once (when we ordered), but I flagged her down because me and my kids had eaten most of our meals without a drink. My wife ordered soup and a roll. The roll came out 15 minutes after she finished her soup. This place is totally mismanaged. They kept blaming a call off, but a single call off wrecking everything is a management issue. …and they charged me a 3% fee for using a card with no warning. Won’t ever go back.

Great little place. I have never had a problem with the food or service. Not expensive and there’s plenty of parking.

The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The food is always AMAZING and exactly how we ordered it. It’s hard to find a restaurant that has amazing food quality and service these days. Cicero’s has it all, and the prices are great for how good the food is as well!
