My friend and I went to this restaurant and the experience was awesome!! I loved the place, the atmosphere, the live music and the food!! Oh my!! I forgot to take more pictures but it was great! I came here with not only my wife, but another couple as well. We all enjoyed food and drinks ranging from martinis to old fashions. All of us decided to try different plates along with a couple appetizers, and every single thing was delicious. There was not a single complaint amongst us beyond not having enough room to eat more. Our server was super accommodating and informative with the menu selection and drink options. Definitely went above and beyond with us.
One of the best things was the seating options along with the location of the restaurant. The ambience being a slightly chill, relaxed, family environment. I definitely will be back and cannot recommend this place enough. Looking forward to seeing what I get next.

This is an old favorite of mine. We ordered several things off the happy hour menu but I guess I was too happy to take pictures of them. Things the three of us had included the calamari, a couple of orders of the beef carpaccio, and the bread with the fresh tomato garlic olive oil dip. Then we ordered a prosciutto and arugula pizza. Everything was as good as I remember, I highly recommend this Cicciotti’s Cardiff!

Lately we’ve been celebrating family birthdays here. The food is always tasty and fresh-beautiful views and it’s never too crowded. I’ve changed where I eat in Encinitas as lately restaurants seem to really pack people in and I don’t find that pleasant.

We had an incredible dining experience at Cicciotti’s. The food was outstanding! The Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp was one of the best I’ve ever had, rich and flavorful. Our server was extremely attentive and on point the entire evening. Excellent service paired with amazing food makes this place a must!

Looking forward to trying this place again, preferably at sunset. Came here with a reservation with my friend for dinner around 8pm. It wasn’t packed and didn’t realize they closed in an hour or more.
Service was good, we were tucked away in the corner but our server was nice and friendly. Would come back to try new items at sunset.
We also got regular bar drinks for our pre dinner that we ordered. The food was delicious, the lasagna was dense and flavorful. I ended uo not finishing it fully, so I could bring some for lunch the next day. And the bread and tomato was also tasty.

Found this place at a perfect location with an amazing view. You can literally watch sunset from anywhere you sit here.
The menu is extensive and gives you a lot of options to explore, We got the Ravioli , grilled chicken, Pizza and seafood pasta. Ravioli was really good, cooked perfectly and nice sauce as well. I didnt really like the pizza , there was no taste, the sauce lacked flavor and the cheese was just cold and dry, felt like eating a stale pizza. The pasta was really nice , bare minimum sauce though but boasted the smoked salmon flavor. Grilled chicken again felt stale, was like a rubber, hard to cut and chew as well.
The service is impeccable, they take care of your dining experience.
All in all, a good spot for a dinner with some amazing view. I wish the food could be a notch up better.

We were seated quickly, food came out quickly as well and was delicious. My daughter picked the pesto penne pasta and I had the Arancini (delish) and a salad . I definitely want to come back. Beautiful location, plenty of parking and the bread + tomato sauce concoction is absolutely delicious.

Service was FANTASTIC. The drinks were noticeably watered down. The pasta was sticky and not up to par. The flavor of the chicken was good, however it was chewy. I have been here before and something clearly has changed for the worse . Sure seems like they were taking shortcuts.

It is one of the best ocean view Italian restaurants. With both inside an outside seating, you will feel right at home. They have a wonderful wine section. Some night you can enjoy live entertainment.
