I’ve been to this restaurant 5 times, each time has been a marvelous experience. The hot sausage is what I typically order due to it being well priced, well portioned, and well seasoned. The sausage has such a wonderful distinct flavor of fennel seed, and a strong kick of cayanne. It is covered with part of a roasted bell pepper, and homemade tomato sauce, wrapped in a fresh hoggie bun, and topped with lightly broiled provolone cheese. I know, sounds good right? This is the case for the majority of their food: The clam chowder and minestrone have excellent flavor, especially when you squeeze a wedge of lemon in it. Although the tomato based sauce for it needed work, the lasagna is so soft it melts in your mouth. The ravioli is stuffed and also melts in your mouth. The fresh bread is addicting. Everything tastes like it was made from home. It fills not only your belly, but your heart, as an authentic Italian place should. Go to this place and keep it in business forever.

Old school European style restaurant. Large portions. Amazing quality. Soft warm ambiance. Dedicated staff. Frank was legit and the very best in the restaurant business. His legacy lives on in his children and grandchildren.♡

We had a fantastic dinner here with our daughters last week. It was an impromptu visit, but they were able to accommodate us no problem – I called only 10min ahead.

The food was spectacular: A few apps, salads, and then Veal Ciccanti for me, a seafood pasta dish for my wife, Lobster Ravioli & Spaghetti Meatballs shared between our young little ones. Everything was excellent and the service was perfect. Definitely recommend the full-portion sizes for the kids, simply so you can take some home with you… delicious! 😉

Thanks, Ciccanti’s!!

I stopped in unexpectedly. I had an amazing experience ✨️ saw people who are dear to my heart ❤️ I tried some of everyone’s meal and had limoncello ice cream (sherbet). I listened to a couple’s story about how long they’ve been coming to the restaurant. I immediately felt ‘part of the family’ in the ambient atmosphere. Wait staff included.

Fantastic homemade Italian food. Very large portions. Great service and very reasonable prices. The homemade spumoni alone is worth a visit.

We came with a group of 10 early on a Friday night. We had reservations so our table was ready when walked in the door.

Our orders were quickly taken and we started our journey into a food coma. My husband and I ordered the chicken Marsala. But first my mother in law ordered fried zucchini as an appetizer. It was thinly sliced and lightly fried. Served with marinara sauce. She ordered two orders of it. Unless you are massively hungry you could skip the appetizer. It was delicious but there was so much food.

They brought out two big baskets of freshly sliced breads. Half plain and half garlic bread. Then we got our soup. You could get minestrone or some kind of clam soup. The minestrone was full of flavor and vegetable chunks. Very tasty. After the soup they brought out large salads. Very fresh and with plenty of dressing and toppings. By the time our entrees came out, I was full. My chicken Marsala was two large portions in a brown mushroom sauce. You could get it with pasta, French fries or spinach. I opted for the spinach. It was full of garlic and lots of flavor.

All ten of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Come hungry. There was so much food.

Our server was the daughter in law of the owner. She is a teacher but was helping out. It was so nice to see all of the employees working together to make sure all the tables received wonderful service. I haven’t had this great service in a long time.

We had a wonderful evening and I would highly recommend coming here

Ciccanit’s is a good, old fashioned, Italian restaurant where the service is good, the food is great, and the portions are large. Most entrees come with soup, salad, and a side of pasta or vegetable of the day. We have been steady customers of Franky’s for about two decades and it never fails to have a good meal here. You’re going to love it.

Food was good. I had shrimp and scallop scampi, think it could have used a little more garlic, but that’s me. I really wanted a red sauce meal but instead got the scampi. Beef barley soup was tasty and the bread was very good
