Disappointing experience. While the service was friendly, the food was a letdown. Unfortunately, it was clear that they’re using old oil for frying, which completely ruined the taste and texture of our dishes. As someone who values food quality and safety, this was a major red flag. Until they improve their cooking practices, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Didn’t plan on coming here, I don’t plan on going back. It seemed like I had to ask for a lot of things that the server should’ve been already For example, when I asked her if she could bring something so I could take my sandwich to go, she brought me a Styrofoam container and bags. What good is that going to do holding the stuffing of a pork sandwich? There were three of us. The banana chips come in the little wire basket or stale and cold The bread on my steak sandwich was very very hard Cuban style, but missed the mark this time Surprised they didn’t have more dipping sauces to choose from for a pork sandwich, other than mayonnaise or ranch dressing

Just received my order from uber eats, the pargo fish was good but the milanesa de res I couldn’t even eat- it seemed overcooked, hard and at the same time chewy. I called to explain and their response was “the meat comes like that now you should order something else next time”….this is my last time coming to this place.

My husband and I were visiting Miami from out of town and decided to try Ciboney out. He got the picadillo and I got the rabo encendió and OH MY GOD…it was amazing!! We also had their croquetas which were very delicious. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming as well. We’ll definitely be coming back soon. Thank you for everything!
