Very mediocre. Not worth the price. Nothing stands out it was just mid. The server was nice, wasn’t around us much. The vibe was nice but you’re better off just looking at the photos and take your money elsewhere. They also add on gratuity, MI State fee, and service fee.

Y’all, I’m back! Let’s chitter chat about this place right her! Atmosphere was on point, unless you got the spot where the sun is beaming in your eyes like the Christ of Jesus was callin on you. Food was good, pizza was not their strong suit. Steak was on point, dessert was also good. Cocktails for happy hour, can’t even be mad. Not impressed with their tequila options, garbage. Anyone still recommending Casamigos as a “good tequila” at a place so nice they essentially charging obeisance tax for the “Detroit experience” is crazy work. What you charging you need to get real top shelf tequila. But after all that, place was alright. Check it out for yourself!

Everything about this restaurant was amazing! This was the first shareable plates we went to in Detroit, and it is on the top of our list now. Have to give a huge shoutout to our server George, he made this experience very memorable. My favorite dish was the Crab Orcchiette (that I could eat everyday) and the broken meatballs! Again, thank you George for a great time, we will be back!

It’s my birthday week, so I’m doing exactly what I want and that meant a spontaneous trip to Detroit and a stop at Cibo ✨

I met Keyanna, and from that moment on, I fully trusted her with my night especially at the bar. I gave her the ultimate challenge: no input. She chose my meal and completely took the reins on my drinks, and let me tell you… she stole the show.

Every cocktail she created was part of her fall/winter mix—bold, balanced, and absolutely unforgettable. The drinks were out of this world, and the meal she recommended (I wish I remembered the name, but the photo says it all) was phenomenal.

Keyanna was attentive, knowledgeable, and such a sweetheart. She didn’t just serve she curated an experience. Hands down one of those nights where the service, the food, and the vibe all came together perfectly.

Everything about Cibo was a vibe. Beautiful dining with great food and drinks. We loved the burratta and the potato rosti – omg. The scallops were perfect, along with the cacciatore skewers. My husband loved the carrots. I ordered the stroganoff and it was a bit spicier than I anticipated. Our amazing server, George, gladly swapped it out and provided feedback to the kitchen. We had a gorgeous table right next to where the kitchen was playing and everything looked and smelled delicious! Highly recommend!

Wonderful atmosphere, I live downtown and happy hour 4-6 is great, truly. I’ve never had a bad meal, in fact I’ve always had incredible meals, and love plates I can share with friends.

Visited CIBO Detroit during the grand opening of the hotel and I really enjoyed the tasting from the restaurant; Attended an event “sip and savor wine dinner” with some friends and was impressed by the offering but surprised that they’ve already changed the menu and look of the restaurant.

We received a 5 course menu with wine pairing. The dinner service was held in the private room near the entrance – and we were attended by 2-3 servers and a sommelier. The starter was truffle chips with a creamy Gorgonzola sauce; followed by a melon & prosciutto salad with a feta spread and champagne vinaigrette. One of the best salads I have ever had (the texture of both the shaved and crispy prosciutto was perfect); next was a tasting of lamb ravioli in a tomato jam; the main was table side shaved dry-aged ribeye served with demi-glacé, braised pearl onions, trumpet mushrooms, and a potato pave. The standout of the night was the dessert! Cherry Madera cheesecake that dolce de Leche on the bottom and fresh berries. Simply delicious. So good that half the table ordered additional cheesecakes to go! Overall I enjoyed the food and was excited to hear this was a preview to new menu items.

I am not a wine drinker, but I did enjoy the tasting. My favorite was the sparkling vouvray tete de cuvée. We were given order forms at the end of our menu and they were able to prepare my wine order before I left.

Beautiful decor! Service was excellent. Food and drinks were good. Will go back again for brunch or happy hour. Short rib hash and burger with fries were yummy. Brussel sprouts and dessert options were just ok.
