I met Keyanna, and from that moment on, I fully trusted her with my night especially at the bar. I gave her the ultimate challenge: no input. She chose my meal and completely took the reins on my drinks, and let me tell you… she stole the show.
Every cocktail she created was part of her fall/winter mix—bold, balanced, and absolutely unforgettable. The drinks were out of this world, and the meal she recommended (I wish I remembered the name, but the photo says it all) was phenomenal.
Keyanna was attentive, knowledgeable, and such a sweetheart. She didn’t just serve she curated an experience. Hands down one of those nights where the service, the food, and the vibe all came together perfectly.
We received a 5 course menu with wine pairing. The dinner service was held in the private room near the entrance – and we were attended by 2-3 servers and a sommelier. The starter was truffle chips with a creamy Gorgonzola sauce; followed by a melon & prosciutto salad with a feta spread and champagne vinaigrette. One of the best salads I have ever had (the texture of both the shaved and crispy prosciutto was perfect); next was a tasting of lamb ravioli in a tomato jam; the main was table side shaved dry-aged ribeye served with demi-glacé, braised pearl onions, trumpet mushrooms, and a potato pave. The standout of the night was the dessert! Cherry Madera cheesecake that dolce de Leche on the bottom and fresh berries. Simply delicious. So good that half the table ordered additional cheesecakes to go! Overall I enjoyed the food and was excited to hear this was a preview to new menu items.
I am not a wine drinker, but I did enjoy the tasting. My favorite was the sparkling vouvray tete de cuvée. We were given order forms at the end of our menu and they were able to prepare my wine order before I left.
