I stopped into Cibelli’s Pizza recently and had one of those simple experiences that just makes your day better. The pizza was great, but what really stood out was the customer service from Dylan.
From the moment I walked in, Dylan was genuinely happy to be there. You could tell he actually enjoys his job, which is rare these days. He greeted everyone with a smile, kept things moving efficiently, and had a great attitude the whole time. It’s the kind of energy that makes a place feel welcoming instead of just another stop for food.
Customer service like that really sticks with people. Dylan made the experience feel personal, not just transactional, and it honestly made the pizza taste even better.
Great pizza, great atmosphere, and top-notch service from Dylan. I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent pizza, it’s our go-to! And the guys who work there are SO friendly. One of them just carried my pies out to my car. So nice!
And yes, delicious veggie pizza and also their combo, we’ve done the 24″ giant one last year and could barely fit it in the car!!

It is so Expensive, it is hard for a single mom to afford often! But, great people behind the counter and my kids and I had a great time last night eating at the parlor. Thankful for coupons!!! Loved the new stuffed crust!

Ordered 2 slices today to go. Got home, missing pepperoni. The guy serving me was spacing out and didn’t know they had tinfoil to go. $6.50 a slice, more expensive than the bend locations. Nothing special happening here. Won’t be back here

Hands down the best classic pizzeria in Sisters. This is exactly the kind of pizza you want to nosh on after a little league game.
Don’t listen to the reviews griping about price, it’s not any more expensive than the other pizza places in Central Oregon, and the quality of their pies are damn near what you might expect in NYC. Crust is flavorful and chewy, sauce is tomato forward and balanced, and the ratio of cheese, toppings, and sauce is perfect.
14” pie is just enough for two adults, and costs less than getting two personal pies from Boone Dog (also phenomenal but a very different style of pizza) so I’d call that a good deal!

We went here for dinner. Plenty of seating and the service was great. I really like the flavor, and it is the style of crust I really like. The crust is nice and chewy like an artisan bread type crust. They were surprisingly fast with the pizza as well.

Got a large BBQ Chicken pizza. Large was huge. Going to take my man and I 2 days to eat it so honestly with tip, extra sides of ranch and extra toppings, $40 bucks is not bad.
I like the crust a little more flaky than chewy so it was a little more chewy than I’d like it to be, but still bombastic. Also, I ordered mine with purple onion and roasted garlic. Seriously should already come like that, but since it doesn’t, add them. You won’t regret it.
The 2 woman working in there were high-spirited pizza makin’ Champs. Tip them well if you can. They deserve the extra love. I don’t know about you, but time and time again I go to a pizza joint and there’s always something I complain about…too little sauce, won’t give me a good amount of ranch, add extra toppings and barely notice they added them, etc. These ladies crushed it.

Cibelli’s staff and manager were very helpful and accommodating to our large party of 25 dirty, dusty, weary travelers from the nearby campground. Pizza tasted excellent, cheesy jalapeno bacon bread was amazing, seating area outside sat our large, noisy group easily. And, they serve Pepsi products, which is always a plus. Thank you, Cibelli’s!
