My family and I were looking for a nice place to have dinner on Christmas evening after 7 p.m., and every restaurant we checked online was closed. After about 30 minutes of calling around, we found this absolute gem — Cibeles.
When we walked in, there was a table waiting for us, which immediately felt like a Christmas miracle. Our waitress, Alison, was extremely pleasant and welcoming. She took wonderful care of us and even recommended some delicious holiday cocktails.
I ordered the salmon cooked medium with two sides, and it was outstanding — so good I literally licked the plate clean. The rice was unlike anything I’ve ever had before, and I even asked for the recipe because it was that memorable.
The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was filled with Christmas cheer. I was truly grateful they were open and able to make our holiday dinner so special. I definitely recommend stopping by. They also have a lunch area that’s perfect for quick bites.

Skirt steak med rare w a delicious chimichurri sauce, decent white rice. Had maracuyá and it was good not too sweet. A lil bit of a language barrier but server was nice. Had grilled salmon and that’s where I deducted the star it was plain with no seasoning – atleast none I could taste and the edges where very hard. Tip is included in the check- it was two of us and a baby.

This place is joke, I asked for refajo and the waiter gave me a glass of beer with water and ice . The only Colombian thing about it is the name and that little napkin holder that says “Medellin” .

On my way to the airport very hungry, I found Cibeles on google maps. Ordered the beef ribs and they were incredible! 3 huge slices deliciously seasoned, with a side of fries and salad. Had 2 beers and a pina colada as well. The waitress was very cute and nice!
