Easy to reserve a table online! The atmosphere was a warm welcoming vibe. We got there right when the kitchen was closing and they treated us as if we were the first customers of the day! Evan and I love going to Ciao! The food is amazing whether you’re getting apps or a main and when you’re not sitting in the actual restaurant, Ed is your guy at the bar. We love him. He makes the best margaritas for me (he’s ruined me life) and can whip up any drink you ask for. The atmosphere is quiet and the staff is so sweet. We go back weekly.

For my birthday my husband took me to Ciao in Durham. It was wonderful. Christian was our waiter and he was behind the bar serving drinks to everyone. He was a fantastic waiter and bartender. My husband had a cider draft and I got the lemon drop drink. For meals I had the Vegetable Primavera. My husband hand the Baked Rigotti. Both were so very tasty!! We both had big portions and had the for lunch the next day. Then Christian offered us any dessert off the menu in honor of my birthday. We ordered the Chocolate Lava Cake with Gelato on the side it was absolutely the best!! Definitely looking forward to our next visit very soon!! Thank you Christian for a fantastic birthday dinner celebration!!

Excellent food, tasty drinks, and a nice, clean atmosphere. We went to visit our son at UNH and went here for dinner. The appetizers, drinks, entrees, and dessert were all excellent. Our server was kind and friendly, and she was on top of everything. Towards the end of the meal, the owner stopped by the table to say hello, thank us for coming, and to make sure everything was okay.

Christian served up a wonderful spicy prickly pear margarita. All waitstaff were friendly and helpful, the food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing.

Great staff, the food is good, and they have a nice variety of wine and beer available. The bartender is knowledgeable about the available wines and they typically have some kind of special everyday. Our favorite is 10 dollar pizza Thursday!!

What an amazing lucky find for us after our original choice not working out for us on our anniversary night. Our drinks (“Pain Killer” – a rum coconut pineapple drink and the “Partly Claudia”) were delicious. The focaccia was what I’m always hoping for when I order it at other places. The grilled salmon was some of the best I’ve had – cooked perfectly and delicious, and the eggplant parm so flavorful. For dessert we had a delicious affogato with Frangelico and salted caramel gelato, and a plum crumble with a wonderful balance of flavors. Capped it off with one of their new drinks, the Boston Cream Pie: dark chocolate liqueur, Baileys, and lemoncello. Our server Alexa was a joy to be with, took great care of us, and guided us through the offerings. What a wonderful place!
