It’s awesome! it’s reasonably priced,the food and the service is truly outstanding! Me and my family have been coming here for years! It’s also a great place to have parties! The portions are just the right amount every time ! If you haven’t been here, you are missing out on the best italian food in the Palos Hills!

Our company had its Christmas Party at Ciao last night. I was blown away at the service and the food. Everyone was incredibly friendly, their food was delicious (try the pasta with bolognese!) and we were well taken care of all night, not an easy feat when you have a party of over 20. We will definitely be back. 🙂

I was here for a family get together and let me tell you I was not impressed. The appetizers tasted good, we had calamari and the bruschetta. The portion sizes were smaller than expected for an Italian restaurant. We literally had to split the bruschetta in half, so everyone got a piece. We ordered pizza, salmon, and stuffed shells for the entrees which took over 40 mins to arrive. There were two parties, one of them being a wedding, so I can understand the slow service. When the food did come it was mediocre. The salmon tasted like it was a day or two old.Definitely not fresh The stuffed shells definitely were not worth the wait; I could’ve made that at home. The sauce tasted like it was jarred or canned. The pizza was the only half decent thing there; cooked decently but the only thing fresh I found was the basil. The cheese wasn’t fresh at all either, chewy in a very unpleasant way. I have been to many Italian restaurants that aren’t the Olive Garden and this was one of the worst. Not coming back.

Was parked in the parking lot for 2 mins after ordering a carryout, I was told to leave because it is private parking lot… really? Public place with private parking lot? Unbelievable, not so fresh food. Top it of with a desert “get the f**k out of the parking lot”
