We had a great meal at Ciao! The homemade pasta was excellent. We got the braised short rib gnocchetti. Portion was large and it tasted delicious. We also ordered a pizza which was equally good. This place is unassuming but a hidden gem. We will definitely be going back to try other menu items! Highly recommend!

Great pizza place in Chelsea! Pizza tasted great with an excellent crust. Also had to try the wings. Both pizza and wings are fire roasted… wings with buffalo sauce! Will definitely be back! Next time I will try the pasta which also looked fantastic.

We went there for lunch after dropping off some Christmas gifts at a community center near by. Small place with limited seating options so if you live nearby, it’s best to get take out, but when we got there we were fortunate that they had some seating at the counter which was great cause we got served right away as soon as we sat.

Got the fig jam prosciutto pizza which has amazing dough which several reviews mention, but as we were waiting for our food they took wings to some other table and they smelled and looked amazing and made us regret we didn’t order wings too.

If we go back, definitionally plan to try them. I say if, because we don’t live nearby, but if we drop off Christmas gifts to the game community center next year, we are going and getting the wings.. and some pizza, cause that dough was delicious.

The seating area was separate from the counter and ordering area and looked cute, but small, so be prepared. And although they do have strainer parking, it only fits like 8 cars so most likely it will be full, but we did find street parking at the road right after the restaurant.

Definitely a place worth checking out.

Ciao is, in my opinion, the best Italian restaurant in Boston and the surrounding area. The place is small but has a very warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly, and I can’t say enough good things about their pizzas

The best damn pizza I’ve had since Rome. This is authentic Italian pizza. The staff are great. The young man at the front is a sweetheart. The salad was really good too. I ordered this two nights in a row while in Chelsea. Everything and everyone top quality ❤️

Small spot, great service and excellent pizza – among the best we’ve had in Boston (including Santarps, Regina etc.). Light and fluffy, 100% worth a trip, reminded us of Naples. Wish we took home a couple extras!

So worth a drive! Pizza & pasta both amazing. We even ordered to go so we could have more later at home. Service was terrific too. Only complaint is too few tables. Love this place!

The pizza is sooooo so good. All the staff are super friendly and attentive, especially the guy in the front. One thing is I wish they have a bigger place.

Don’t even waste your time reading the reviews, just go and try it for yourself. First time here and we will definitely be back. The gnocchetti was probably one of the best pastas I’ve had in my life. Pizza was delicious, we got the marg and fungi. Wish I had more room to try the dessert pizza but got the cannoli instead and it did not disappoint. The service was so friendly, they treated us like we were regulars which if you eat out a lot, you know that’s the best.
