Ciao Grazie is a locally owned Italian restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Verrado, proudly serving the West Valley for over a decade. Known for brick oven pizzas, classic Italian dishes, and a thoughtfully selected wine list. There’s something here for everyone. Ciao.

The atmosphere is so warm and intimate, perfect for this quaint neighborhood. The service was impeccable. The food was well above average in overall flavor. However, we ordered pizza, a kids meal and the meatball app; nothing special. The meatball appetizer was $17 for 3 meatballs. The whole meal was nearly $100 for a pizza dinner with tip. I know everything costs more these days, and a $100 meal for two adults isn’t uncommon. I just wouldn’t expect to pay that for pizza. Basically, if money isn’t an issue and you want to spend time in a really nice restaurant with great service, this is the place.

The service was 5, but the food was 3 at best. When I order a chicken parmigiana from an authentic Italian restaurant I want freshness, bold flavor, crispy edges…I received what seemed like a grilled piece of chicken with no breading and the spaghetti didn’t have enough sauce. My husband ordered a pizza and he said the dough turned out a little soft and could have been cooked longer. However, they do use a wood fire oven for the pizza, which definitely enhances the flavor. Last, I made two orders of cannolis. The pastry shells were ‘precooked’ and store bought (noooo) and not made fresh in-house. And, instead of a traditional ricotta/mascarpone cheese, it was stuffed with what seemed like ice cream and was melting on my plate. When you’re charging premium prices, it’s always best that the food correlates. Although disappointed with the food, it was not a total bust. The restaurant is located off of Main Street in the beautiful community of Verrado and was clean and inviting. Right outside there is a beautiful park and fountain that you can relax at. They also have daily happy hour. I would highly suggest this location for a beverage and to enjoy the atmosphere, but not for the food.

I had a very difficult time rating this restaurant, mostly because of my own concerns with affordability and satiability.
Really, this restaurant earns itself a 4.5/5 rating. I was unable to determine the flavor of the pizza due to the amount of toppings on the meat lover. I don’t think the pizza tastes bad, I was just unable to determine if it was based on the toppings. However, if anything, the amount of topping would make up for any discrepancy.
I will say that the pasta dish I tried was great. The flavor was good, and the shrimp was cooked absolutely perfect.
Each person at the table was able to enjoy their meal, and left satisfied. For Verrado, I expected the price to be higher than normal, but the quality made it worth it. If I make it back to this restaurant, I will be trying other menu items that may change my opinion of what rating this place truly deserves.

Excellent Chicken Rigatoni with a little heat behind it Here in Verrado, very good portion size too for the price. Service was very friendly as well. Brady gave me exceptional service at the bar even while they were pretty busy.

Came in here after dinner, just for drinks. The prickly pear margaritas were large and delicious! They had a great game on, and the atmosphere was great. Definitely seemed like a locals spot, but they were super nice and welcoming.
Bartenders were nice and quick.

The Dame Edna pizza is a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The prosciutto adds a savory, slightly salty kick, perfectly balanced by the fresh, peppery arugula on top. The crispy crust provides a satisfying crunch, and the generous sprinkle of Parmesan ties it all together. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a sophisticated, well-balanced pizza!

The food is pricey. We had bruschetta salmon, meat lovers pizza and Vesuvio. The mix of salmon and Gorgonzola cheese is not the best. It was way too salty. Pizza and calzone were okay. Drinking water they served wasn’t fresh. It was unpleasant to drink. They charged extra fee for paying with a credit card.

This restaurant has a very cozy ambience. It has indoor and patio dining. The pizza is made on a brick pizza oven. The servers were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this place for a quiet cozy dinner for two or even a relaxing evening with friends. We went to Buckeye location(on Main street) it is nestled on the corner of the building. This place doesn’t disappoint.
