Absolutely delicious! Fresh made to order food. Very popular spot for sure. Nit to big but there is seating.

We absolutely love Ciao Bella. Andrea is amazing and has treated our family like her own every time we visit.

Our son has autism, and going out to eat can sometimes be difficult because of his unique eating habits, sensitivity to light and noise, and occasional outbursts. Andrea has always gone out of her way to make us feel welcome. She greets us warmly, introduces us to other staff members, and lovingly calls our son her “buddy.”

What really stands out is how well she knows him. The moment he walks through the door, Andrea is already racing to bring him bread and sauce—his favorite—before we even ask. That kind of care and attentiveness means the world to our family.

And of course, the food is fantastic. The Italian dishes are excellent, the pizza is delicious, and our son absolutely loves the bread and meatballs.

Kudos to Andrea and the entire crew for maintaining such a wonderful hidden gem. We’re grateful for the kindness you show our family every time we visit. Highly recommend!

Ciao bella used to be my absolute favorite place for grilled chicken salads with the house balsamic dressing. I haven’t been there in a few years or more and was in the area and decided to treat myself to an old fav. Something about the atmosphere when I walked in was immediately noticed as something had drastically changed about this place. There was no one dining in or waiting in line as usual and I had not recognized anyone and the usual busy thriving environment was lacking, it was almost depressing to see. It could have been an off time however the disappointment did not end there. When I got to eating my salad (grilled chicken ceasar with house dressing) I immediately noticed how dark and limp the lettuce was, not their usual bright light green crisp crunchy romaine. It was almost like the texture of spinach. The chicken proportion has also decreased in size and i bit into a small chicken bone. The balsamic dressing was near tasteless not at all how it used to be. The quality of food is seriously lacking here especially for 18.00, I used to pay 10.50 for this salad and it used to be ten times better than what I received today. Sadly I will not be returning here. It was fun while it lasted

I think the owner is trying to convert the place to take out only. When you walk in the restaurant + see both employees at the front desk in winter coats it speaks loudly. Come on owner or manager. Stop putting the bank account first and take care of your employees and customers. Tonight was not a one-off. It’s become the norm in here.

Ciao Bella has been a take out go to for our family for many years. A few weeks ago our child was craving cheesy, garlicy goodness with penne. We didn’t have any fresh mozzarella on hand, so we decided to order the Pasta Olio with mozzarella and garlic. We paid $13+ for the sad excuse of pasta shown. The bowl was maybe 1/3 full and very little mozzarella. Not happy

I’m always pleased here. We get takeout often. The food is very good and a good value. Last time I had the sirloin pizziola. We usually get pizza. Always on time for pickup as well.

I used Ciao Bella for my family holiday party and the food was amazing! I picked it up the day of the party without a problem. It was all ready to go and professionally packed. I can’t recommend them enough.

Cute little hidden gem. The pizza was gooey and so flavorful, the crust was perfectly crunchy. The staff is friendly and the seating area is cozy and cute. The food is also very reasonably priced for the portion size. Our party of two ordered a small pizza and it fed us both very well!

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and some waffle fries. The fries were a disappointment, very soggy and floppy. The pizza had excellent flavor and that really carried out. I would have preferred the crust to have some crisp on the bottom but that’s personal preference. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.1.

Some bad stuff has happened to me on Gold Star Boulevard. But Ciao Bella is not one of them. Amazing everything! I would feed my first born daughter to demons if I could taste the food here for the first time again!
