We’re two sisters who grew up making pizza from scratch and turned that passion into a neighborhood spot where quality and hospitality come first. We hand-stretch every dough, use premium Italian ingredients, and make our sauces, dressings, and desserts with care. Current Update: After receiving two pizzas with varying crust problems..one undercooked..one overcooked…the owners let me know it was due to the learning curve of the new hires and without me asking…comped me a personal size pizza on the house. This customer service has bumped them back up into the 5 star category and this is where they will stay. Thank you
Excellent pizza…exceeded my expectations! Got the one with salami and goat cheese with a sweet spicy sauce…so good! Perfect flavour. Unfortunate it was so good….my otherwise well behaved dog, knocked the box off the kitchen table and ate the toppings off my remaining three slices. So sad…alas, it was that good. See dog eaten slices in photo. Get some meow!
UPDATE: They gave me a free ranch for the distress I underwent having my dog eat the pizza. They also made me a nice pizza last minute. Pictured below. It’s delicious. Get some meow!

Service felt rushed, girl didnt offer popular items or refreshments, just asked if we wanted anything else. Pizza was unbelievably greasy. Feels like I wasted almost 40 bucks. The only bright side was how big it was.

This was our first time having Ciao Bella and we were super excited to finally try it. If you order online, it goes through DoorDash, which it turns out isn’t very reliable in our area. We had an issue where our order showed as delivered but we never received it. When we called Chao Bella, we learned the pizzas were still there. Since we had no way to pick them up, we asked to cancel. They girl on the phone was very professional and apologetic throuout the conversation. About 15 minutes later we had a knock at our door. To our surprise, the owners personally drove to our house to deliver them anyway. The customer service was truly amazing. The pizzas were delicious, with a homemade quality, and still tasted great even after sitting for a bit. It had such great and fresh flavor and was cooked perfectly. We’ll definitely be going back, but next time we’ll choose pickup instead of delivery.

Amazing pizza. So glad to have this in Lake County. This place goes against any boutique, modern hipster pizza joint, which is saying a lot. Quality ingredients (Grande cheese, really good toppings, tasty sauce) and excellent crust. No offense, but easily the best pizza place in Lake County and as good as all the best in the Bay Area.

Ciao Bella Pizzeria is absolutely amazing! Their service is great, prices are super reasonable, and the food is freaking delicious. This is a true Italian pie. Reminds me of Sbarro back in the day when it was actually good, but way less greasy. The crust is perfectly cooked and the dough is incredible.
Their ranch is homemade and delicious, especially the spicy ranch, seriously addictive! I ordered a pepperoni pizza on their grand opening and it was soooo good that two days later I ordered four pies for my son’s birthday. The whole family loved it!

We got into town late and Harbin’s kitchen closed early. Hitting town for dinner, most other restaurants were closed as well ( it was 7:30)
As a last resort, we headed to this pizza place. Well, looks like the universe was guiding us to the best pizza I’ve had since living in NY. The owner was amazing, pizza was great!, and everyone was so friendly.
I highly recommend this pace.

This is now the best pizza in Lake County IMHO.
The dough/crust is the quality of the best pizzerias I have ever tried in places like Las Vegas or San Francisco.
Unfortunately, I have never been to Italy, but I doubt their’s is much better.
Anyone not giving 5 stars doesn’t know high quality pizza or is just having a bad day.
I will be buying pizza here as often as I can.
BTW, there is no inside seating, just a few stools and counter to pick up your pizza, but I still gave 5 stars for atmosphere because the pickup counter is very tastefully done. I mean, who wants to stare at the kitchen anyway?

For YEARS my husband and I wished for a pizza place in town. We didn’t even specify GOOD pizza, just pizza. Our manifestations must have realized because we have a fantastic pizza place in town! The crust was perfect, ingredients were lovely, and it was ready in 20 minutes. I love that it’s open late since everything shuts down by 7 (just when people are hungry for dinner!) especially on a fri or sat night! Please support this new gem!

We stayed at the Harbin resort. The food there leaves much to be desired so my wife and I headed into town to grab a bite to eat. We saw this place was new and decided to give it a try. Ciao Bella did not disappoint. The pizza was delicious and our order was completed on time.
