This post is long overdue! During a time when it seems most places have lost their understanding of what geuine hospitality means, Ciao Bella Pizza & Pasta exceeds expectations time and time again. The service is ALWAYS on point. Ask for Ella, she’s the sweetest! EVERY dish that we have ordered from Chicken Marsala to cheese pizza is outstanding. Chris, the owner, is there every day, behind every dish that hits every table. We’ve noticed they have tons of regulars who greet one another and the team members when they walk in. It’s an open kitchen and everyone cooking, serving AND eating is always smiling, always “oh my gawd”ing over the food and always complimenting the chef. If you want sicilian/ chicago style food with quality you can actually taste (even the cheese for the pizzas is directly imported from Italy), with a welcoming community vibe, head on over there. It’s our favorite Italian restaurant in Lakeland, and we’ve tried them all.

Ciao Bella was absolutely amazing

The wings were crispy meaty and juicy just perfect. I got the shrimp fra diavolo and added scallops clams and mussels and it was the perfect blend of savory and spice. You could tell the calamari was fresh not frozen and hand breaded which makes such a difference.

The owner Chris came by and told me everything is made from scratch in house and you can really taste the love and quality in every bite. I’m already patiently waiting to come back for the clam chowder.

The Italian wedding soup had the best little homemade meatballs I’ve ever had.

Our server was super helpful and the whole staff was so friendly it just made the experience even better. It was also really fun watching the pizza chef making pizzas right in front of us. You can tell they take pride in what they do

We took two cakes home because they had a deal where the second one was half off and they were the perfect treat for our movie night

I also heard they’re working on a new wine sangria for the weekends and now I’m even more excited to go back

The prices were better than almost every place nearby and the food was next level

Can’t wait to come back and try more

Nice little dine in restaraunt. My husband & i had an order of garlic knots and a meat lovers deep dish both were absolutley amazing. The service was exceptional!! We will definitely be going back!!

I moved to the area in August. Since then I have been desperately trying to find an item on this menu that is not delicious. I have yet to do so. Every single item is amazing. The service is good. Even a simple side salad is an experience. Literally I am so unhealthily obsessed with this restaurant.

Yum! We ordered a large order of pizzas for a party we had yesterday that won over our guests. Many asked where we got the pizza from.

Also-When placing the order and requesting the earliest time for pick up to fit our party timeline (right at opening time), the owner asked his employee if he could make it happen and without skipping a beat, his employees said no problem-will come in early to get it done. Pick up time went smooth, Chris was great!

Will definitely be back for future orders!

We recently stumbled upon Ciao Bella in the Socrum Loop Publix plaza and have quickly become repeat costumers. They have new owners and are glad we gave them a try!!
The food has been delicious every time we go! The service is amazing and everyone from front to back of house is great!
The first time we stumbled in mid move and wanted a carb fix! We ordered penne vodka with a fried chicken cutlet. The sauce was full of flavor and the chicken was perfectly cooked!
We have since ordered:
Pizza amazing!
Lobster ravioli in a pink sauce 10/10!
Wings cooked to perfection
We are horrible at taking pics but remembered half way through our dinner!

I normally never leave a review but this place deserves one. The place was hidden but so convenient for your family .The pizza was so delicious. The garlic knots are just as amazing . Customer service was excellent. Our first visit as a family and you won’t be disappointed. Over all 5 star!!

Order through Uber eats and was not disappointed at all. The quality and quantity of the food here it’s very nice. For a big family like mine
It was a reasonable price. I wanted to eat a Calzone and order mines large size and it was perfect! It feeds like 5 persons. The wings were very well cooked. The garlic bread was very tasty and the meat was very delicious. Definitely will visit next time in person.

Oh my!!! The food was to die for.
The soup homemade everyday.
Pasta and pizza to die for. Wow wow!! So under rated!!!
And our server Nicki was the best, recommended things based on th fact she could see it prepared and cooked fresh in front of her.
