Our first and last time ever eating at this restaurant! We own and operate restaurants and I do not even know where to start! First off the servers or whoever took our order had no idea what size pizzas they sell and what kind of box they come in! Completely clueless about the menu, serious lack of training! We then picked up our food to go only a 10 minute drive home. The food look like it’s been sitting there for an hour and we literally came in and got it as soon as we called… they do not know how to distribute toppings correctly and the fettuccine Alfredo we had to fix because it was literally clumped up dried noodles. Will never go back… over priced for quality that McDonald’s serves better! I also ordered a margarita pizza and they gave me 2 of the same and not the right food! I could keep going on and on….. they need to close or figure it out or call Gordon Ramsey for help!

This place had the best bruschetta I’ve ever eaten by far. The filet was very good aswell perfectly cooked it has a nice char on the outside while still being juicy. My server David was excellent. Very nice establishment I arrived just as they were opening up would return if I am ever in Port Clinton again.

Four of us went for lunch after going to the Holiday Market in Catawba. The menu had a lot of options. We decided on the special pick 2. There are a lot of great options for the pick 2 like soups, salad, pizza, pasta, sandwiches. We all ordered the salad (three different types) and the pasta (you can pick from different pasta types). Also three ordered wine and I ordered a sangria flight which was excellent!! The service was a little slow in getting our bread but the server was very nice. I would definitely recommend Ciao Bella.

First and last time I will go to this place. We ordered $70 worth of pizza/flat bread and fet Alfredo for pick up.. We left to pick up 5 min after ordering.Drove 9 min back home and all the food was cold and looked like it had sat for who knows how long. Pasta had soaked up what little sauce was on it and the flat bread was barely cooked. Unfortunately it is the off season so not a lot of choices around town. However I would have rather had any fast food place instead. Don’t waste your time or $$ on this place. Took the food back and got full refund

The food was absolutely incredible, with every dish full of authentic Italian flavor and beautifully presented. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel like family from the moment we walked in. I can’t wait to return — this place is a true gem for anyone who loves real Italian cuisine! Dave and all staff were amazing who assisted us.

Excellent environment and service, with high-quality ingredients. Unfortunately, the taste could use some improvement. The tomato sauce on top of the pizza was too watery and ended up soaking the crust. Even my son, who usually enjoys any pizza, couldn’t enjoy this one.

Reserved a lunch date with hubby on a Sat, very excited as we have always enjoyed CB . We were seated at a table next to the fireplace,,, being it was 1degree outside. Can not say enough about our wait staff, top notch!!! But…..our food experience lacked!! Ordered the Lobster Al Forno, yum right, nooo. It was so salty could only eat a third of it and the stuffed mushrooms full of a mushy green leafy spice along with little else. Not sure what’s happened maybe a off day or new chef but “don’t fix it if it isn’t broke”. Customers return as they know what a wonderful experience they will have and a great meal. Experience, atsmophere& staff GREAT! . Food so not up to parr.

Our Church group went for Christmas lunch. It was pre-arranged and a reservation called in a couple weeks prior. There were only two other small tables of customers there. It took the waitress 20 minutes to come over and get our orders. We had to find her and ask her. We then waited another hour and 20 minutes until the food came out. No apology, no checking with us to see if we needed anything. When they brought the food out, they didn’t remember who got what. Some of the food wasn’t good. The stuffed pepper soup was burned. A friend got a sandwich that was almost inedible. No remedy was offered. When we were finished, we waited another 20 minutes for her to come out and give us the bills. Some bills weren’t figured right. She gave the wrong bills to the wrong people. We will not be back. Sadly, this restaurant has gone downhill. No customer service training whatsoever. Food has suffered somewhat. I’m guessing they don’t always have a manager on duty.

First experience at this restaurant and what an excellent find! We showed up a few minutes early and were seated right away. Our server, Meredith, was helpful, friendly, and had a good sense of humour. The menu is simple with great dishes and informative descriptions. I always appreciate a resaurant that shows off the food they make and don’t fill their menu with pages of food that turns out mediocre.
The specials were crab cakes, lobster ravioli, and a red snapper dish. The red snapper with potato and green beans was delicious. The shrimp and asparagus pizza was outstanding. The pizza would be enough for two people to share. The dessert special was chocolate torte and we planned ahead for that. The chocolate torte was just enough without being overfilling.
We were there at 530 and by the time we left before 7pm the restaurant was full. I would recommend reservations or calling ahead.
Bonus, they offer take out and have a bar area you can eat in.
