We got carryout. The 20+ minute wait was expected.
It was okay. The chicken in our burritos was slightly dry. The beef in our tacos was very, very dry. It’s unfortunate that we got very little salsa with the tacos. (See pics.)
Our order was shorted two guacamole sides which we paid for.
Won’t be back.
Edit: Well, went back. Wife was craving a smothered burrito. And it was so much better. So were the tacos. Maybe caught them on an off day?
Edit 2: Under new ownership. Cash or cash app only. I ended up throwing away my food because it was bad. Wife said hers was fine.

Great little restaurant with good food and large portions. A bit bland for me but I like spicy, the perfect spice for my husband. Small dinning area but clean and organized. Will eat here again.

This place is a joke, across the board.
1. No consistent hours of operation.
2. Worst Birria I’ve ever encountered. The person working there literally advised me to not buy it. I should have taken their advice. It tasted like fried disappointment.
3. No nachos, but they have chips? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Y’all can’t throw meat and cheese on some chips you already have that are offered for free?! They’ll let you assemble your own DIY nachos but they won’t sell you any. When I asked the person working there about that, they laughed.
After 3 trips there, the food quality ranges from bad to mediocre. I wish there was at least one redeeming value so I could give this small-town eatery more than one star. Mediocre food, bad menu, and completely awful hours of operation.

Fantastic authentic Mexican cuisine, Friendly staff, and good prices. With a simple classic atmosphere, it feels like every other great little Mexican restaurant, in all the best ways. What more could you ask for. I highly recommend Chuy’s.

My Two Cents
Truly authentic Mexican flavor! Real spice not additives. Healthy alternative to eating out. I’m a Californian and I’m going to miss this place. I ate here three times and would love to come back. The natural sugar coke was a great compliment to the real-deal Mexican food. The mom and pop restaurant is the best stop in town.

I had the Smothered Bean & Cheese Burrito with the works was pretty delicious don’t know about the rest of the menu yet and it was my first time here and only took 5 minutes for my to go order to be ready.
Now today 3-29-21 I’ve eaten here 5 times in 45 days and everything has been yummy delicious with a very short 8 to 10 minute wait for preparations for your to go order and the Smothered beef bean an cheese with the works burrito today was pretty damn good ! !
I tried the Tamales on the side too definitely tasty and fresh
My preference• I usually take it home an have a couple beers with it♡YUM Cheers! ✌

I would give 5 stars for the food. The food is wonderful! However, my family has come to this restaurant on 3 separate occasions. Each time not only does Google say they are open, but so does the sign on the door. It is 15 minutes past when they are open and not an employee to be seen. The doors are locked and lights off. Each time there are multiple customers waiting for Breakfast Burritos like us. Poorly managed in a town that desperately needs a consistently good restaurants. When/if this restaurant starts operating when they say they are open, I will change my review. Until then, advertise Brunch Burritos not Breakfast Burritos.

We ordered a asada burrito and it had barely any asada in it. It was all beans and rice. Also got a 4 cheese enchilada plate and had a dab of sauce on them. Then at checkout we paid with a card so they then charged $4 more. Not worth almost 20mins waiting for the food. I recommend driving 15 minutes up the interstate to get good Mexican food.
