This Place Was AMAZING! First of All Our Server EVA Was The BEST,,,, was A Little Upset they didn’t have Draft Beer but EVERYTHING Else Made up for it! waited 20 extra mins for curbside. Food was stone cold. i got the churro bites and there wasn’t even cinnamon sugar on them…. Chips had a weird chemical taste, and the chicken in my burrito was so dry.

Waited and hour and 45 minutes for our pick up order after we placed it. Got our order finally, food was cold, missing items, and not enjoyable. Meat was very burnt and overcooked. Called twice to see if I could get a refund for missing items and was hung up on twice. Workers were dismissive and not helpful.

So happy to find a Chuy’s in Lubbock! Great margaritas and the best Tex-Mex ever. They offer counter, table and booth seating as well as pick up and to go.

Really enjoy this place unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience at this particular location. Me and my wife went for dinner, for a dinner crowd it was busy but not to the point where customer were having to wait for a table. We walked in and sat at the bar which had only 2 customers at it. The bar was filthy, it still had chips, dinner plates and empty drinks sitting on it. We sat there for over 15 minutes and not once got helped, even after a few workers sat behind the bar and talked and watched us move the plates over and wipe down the table ourselves. We decided to leave after that, I’m sorry but I would not recommend if that’s how service is every night.

Our waiter held down this section by himself & couldn’t help but acknowledge he knows his job very well 10/10. First experience here & will be back. Food was great & the portions are 10/10. I always add an extra enchilada anywhere but I’m glad I didn’t here because I was STUFFED.

Great atmosphere! The hubcap room is too cool. Beautiful metal art- Palm trees inside! Roasted chicken burrito w creamy green chile sauce, steak burrito, flautas, chicka boom boom enchiladas, tres leche, we all agreed the food was delicious. My waitess Misti was wonderful!

Went to Chuy’s restaurant, and honestly — it was just okay. The food was decent and the flavors were fine. The chips and queso were good-ish, but nothing to rave about. I ordered the King’s Combo, and my wife had the green chili enchiladas. Both dishes were alright — decent spice, average flavor.
Now, the real highlight was the waitstaff. I wish I remembered our server’s name because he was absolutely on point — drinks refilled promptly, plates cleared right away, and he checked on us regularly without being overbearing. The service was top-notch!
Overall, the food was just okay, but the staff definitely made the experience better. Give it a try if you’re curious — go for the service, not necessarily the food
