Chain serving “big as yo’ face” burritos & other Tex-Mex dishes in kitschy, eclectic settings.

Valley Ranch Chuy’s did a great job with set up and service for our celebration on the patio. It was easy to reserve the party area, John made sure we had good wait staff. Katelyn and Sofia were a good team, they kept our drinks and chips / Salas plentiful. Thank you so much for helping me put together a successful party.

Second time here, absolutely amazing both times. I don’t order off the menu and ask for whatever the wait staff’s favorite! You get custom creations every time! This was the steak burrito with shrimp, boom-boom sauce and sliced avocado with green chili rice! Superb! Fox and Tyler at the bar have both hooked me up with extremely tasty food. Will be back for sure.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Chuy’s, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. With the temperatures being quite cold that evening, I was initially concerned when we were seated on the patio. However, those concerns disappeared quickly. The patio was fully enclosed with protective plastic lining around the exterior walls, and multiple heaters kept the area warm and comfortable throughout our meal. It actually created a cozy and relaxed atmosphere that made the celebration feel even more special.
The food was outstanding from start to finish. Every dish arrived fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, reflecting the consistency and quality you hope for when dining out for an important occasion. What truly set the experience apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making my daughter’s birthday memorable. They checked on us regularly without being intrusive and ensured everything ran smoothly for our group.
Overall, the combination of excellent food, thoughtful accommodations despite the weather, and top-notch customer service made this visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a fun, welcoming place to dine. I will absolutely return the next time I am in the area.

Love the bright paintings especially the dog portraits. Service was good. It took us a little bit to find a comfortable spot but the greeter was very patient….salsa super salty as well as the creamy sauce (I have had it multiple times at multiple locations, but this is the saltiest!!) chimichanga five stars!!!

I love this place, this location especially.
1. The music is always on point (90’s alternative rock is super nostalgic for me and I will always have a soft spot for it)
2. The food is not only always good and fresh but affordable as well.
3. The staff is amazing!! I usually sit at the bar, so shout out to Fox, Carmen, Tyler, and Cheyenne 🙂 and also to Angel who is usually serving on the floor but she’s super sweet too 🙂 they are the reason I come back. (Although I don’t come as often as I used to) I still appreciate seeing their familiar faces.

As a regular at Chuy’s, I usually stick with the **Panchos**—those loaded nachos with beans, cheese, and your choice of meat are always a solid, satisfying go-to for me. But the last time I went, I decided to switch things up and try the **veggie enchiladas**.
Honestly, they were pretty underwhelming. The filling (spinach, zucchini, peppers, etc.) was fine, and the sauce was decent, but there was barely any cheese in sight. It was basically just tortillas, sauce, and veggies—very basic and kind of dry without that melty, gooey cheese pull you expect from enchiladas. That’s what enchiladas are supposed to be, right? Smothered in cheese, especially at a Tex-Mex spot like this.
The rest of the experience was the usual Chuy’s vibe—fun atmosphere, good chips and salsa, friendly service—but that dish really let me down. I’d normally give the place a solid **4.5 stars** because it’s reliable and hits the spot most visits, but after this one, I’m dropping it to around **3 stars** overall. I’ll probably go back, but I’ll be sticking to my Panchos next time.

I am so sorry I do not remember my waitress name. (Short, blondish hair & GREAT personality!) I have Celiac which means CAUTION as to where I can go. No gluten, or soy! Food here was excellant and no problems. Terrific prices. Second time visit and will go again!!

Service was terrible. Came in with my best friend and my kid to have some food and drinks. Our server was not attentive at all! My baby got no ketchup with her fries, I got the wrong tortillas which isn’t a big deal and an easy fix, IF the server actually bothered to check in on us! Not once did she come in to check on us. What infuriated me even more was she dropped off the check that I didn’t ask for yet because after I was finished with my food, I wanted a margarita. I felt basically like she was kicking us out. She checked on all her other tables except ours. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but positive ones. I am also in the server industry and at least tipped her 18% of the tab but it could’ve been a $20 if she actually tried to sells us drinks or at least been hospitable!!!

We attended a friend’s and family event soft opening. We were greeted kindly at the front. We were offered a limited menu, while the choices were few, the selection were good. We decided on a steak burrito, chicken delux enchiladas and shrimp tacos. The food was delicious and service was what you would expect from early training. Will definitely be back when it officially opens on Tuesday 9/17/2024. Thanks for having us and welcome to the neighborhood

Great tex mex food. The whole family loved it. There was a gentlemen working there with dread locks who was the best. Very personable and great service, definitely will be back.
