The food here is always good. The service is great. I had lunch with my friend who is autistic and has issues with certain foods. He doesn’t like the texture of cheese. He ordered his own food and the waitress was very kind and patient with him. She didn’t hear him say no cheese on top of his enchilada. His plate was served and the enchiladas had cheese on them. I explained that he could not eat cheese and she gladly had his or remade. Several waiters checked on us throughout our meal and kept his chips and salsa coming! It was a pleasant dining experience all around! The only drawback is that it is somewhat noisy, but it is a big place and we were there at lunchtime so it’s understandable.
I will say the restaurant is clean and the restrooms were also. They also have a family restroom!

Amazing Tex Mex. The salsa is so chunky and full of flavor. Michelle was our waitress and she was really nice and did a great job with our service. I got the Big as yo face burrito and so delicious. Everything tasted so authentic. If your in the area and looking for a great spot to eat at. I highly recommend this spot. You will not be disappointed at all.

This is our favorite Chuys, always great service and tasty food. Management is great and the waitresses, Celeste and Kayla are absolutely awesome and some of our favorite people. All the staff overall are great. Love this place.

Visited Chuy’s today at 8pm and enjoyed my dinner. Hardly any wait time. Our waiter Bre provided exceptional service, very friendly. My family ordered chicken fajitas and cake. U know it’s not authentic Mexican if you don’t get salsa then mix it cheese dip. Love the chips too we pigged out lol. Great restaurant even better atmosphere. Will definitely be back

You could eat here under $20 per person (w/out tip) but we have drinks. We don’t often go to chains, but we were pleasantly surprised by Chuy’s. Their chios and cheese deep is good, they make their own tortillas, and their fajitas are moist and yummy. The drinks are a step up from typical authentic Mexican restaurants in that the sweet and sour mix isn’t as intense, (meaning sugar and lime vs corn syrup and artificial flavor). It was quite loud and crowded, but we would go again as a break from our usual Las Palmas, Los Delicios, Cactus Jack circuit.

The outside patio does not have heat. The waitress claims the heaters have not worked in over 2 years. That’s really ridiculous to have a patio and presentation of heaters and they don’t work. Wish I was in Texas where all the heaters and equipment work! Put in a work order people!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Chuy’s in North Little Rock, Arkansas! The chicken fajitas were bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and served with all the fresh fixings that made every bite a delight. Our waitress, Taylor, was an absolute gem—attentive, friendly, and made the meal even more enjoyable with her warm hospitality. I highly recommend asking for her when you visit. The vibrant atmosphere and delicious food have me already looking forward to my next trip back.

Best chips and queso! Made fresh daily. Everything we got was so good! Peter was our server and he was excellent. I got the bowl with beef and chicken. Hubby got the Elvis special. Excellent food!!!

I will give every Chuy’s location 5 stars!!! Absolutely love. Smash on chips, amazing salsa and their creamy jalapeño dip! (Trick of the trade… get an extra bowl, put in 4 parts of strained salsa and 1 or 2 parts of creamy jalapeño and mix & eat… soo good!!)
