Gonna say it, Chuy’s might be the best Mexican chain-restaurant in Noblesville. We were seated within a minute of coming in, and we got chips with salsa and creamy jalapeño dip. About the creamy jalapeño dip, never have I ever had a dip so versatile as it. It’s an amazing chip dip, not too spicy but can give you a little coolness feeling in your mouth. It would also make an excellent burrito sauce. I got the steak burrito with Mexican rice and hatch green chile sauce. The steak did taste weird at first, but as you keep chewing, it starts to get better and you can slowly taste the grill flavor. Service was quick, and we got refills on chips and dip. Portions were nice too. The atmosphere was pretty unique for a chain restaurant as well. Overall, would highly recommend.

Last night we went here for date night and this restaurant has a cool vibe. The food is amazing and Jennifer (Jen) has outstanding customer service skills. I have been here for a girl’s dinner twice and I absolutely love it. The food is delicious! Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about menu items. Such a fun atmosphere! Plenty of parking and accessible location. Bathrooms are also clean. I highly recommend!!!

I placed a take out order at the bar top, I don’t remember this guy’s names (I’m sorry) I wasn’t feeling well and he went out of his way to help insure my order was perfect along side my drink.. thank you. Chuys Mexican Grill – Honest Review
The food at Chuys was genuinely great — flavorful, fresh, and exactly what we were hoping for. Our main server provided okay service; nothing terrible, but nothing that really stood out either.
One thing that made the visit a bit uncomfortable was the seating. For a group of three adults and a toddler, the table they gave us felt noticeably small and cramped. It made the meal feel a little tighter and less relaxed than it should’ve been.
On top of that, several of the other staff members came across as irritated or dismissive, which added an unpleasant vibe to the experience. It didn’t ruin the meal, but it definitely took away from it.
The food alone makes Chuys worth trying, but the atmosphere and staff attitude could use some improvement — and larger tables for families would go a long way.

If you have never been get their Jalapeno dip. It is amazing, and if you are nice and ask them to give you a decent amount usually they will. Extremely friendly and if you have ADHD there is plenty to look at in this place.

Chuy’s is my favorite place for Mexican/Tex Mex. I always get the Chuychanga with Boom Boom sauce. Its always amazing. We’ve had several appetizers, all great. They have a creamy white sauce for chips and it’s addictive.

Went out with my best friend to celebrate my birthday. Evan was amazing and professional. The kitchen put sour cream on taco salad and Evan sprung into action to fix it right away. I appreciate the empathy and professionalism we received from our dinning experience. The food was great, and alway love the atmosphere. Family friendly and the dog photos from guests really are amazing and brighten the dining experience. Thank you, will certainly recommend and return.
