My wife and I need to come here more often. Great chips, fresh salsa and some delicious dip that comes with your chips as soon as you sit and it’s delicious. My wife had nachos that she said were really good and I have their al carbon stake tacos that were delicious and HUGE! Also, the service was great and the beer was cold. Can’t beat that.

We had the chance to eat here while on a training assignment. I was pleasantly surprised and the outdoor seating was really nice. The food was very good. I had these soft tacos with Grilled chicken. The sides were nice that were served on the plate and it was very satisfying. The waitress was amazing and I can honestly say I look forward to coming back when I am in Knoxville Tennessee again. The picture is of the ceiling inside the outside seating area. It was very cute.

I definitely don’t recommend this place. I will never give them a chance again, and this was already my second chance I had given. I ordered for delivery last night, which obviously gets delivered by a 3rd party. For one, it’s the delivery partners fault for allowing orders to continue until time of close. Which I had no idea about because there was no time posted on the delivery app,and will forego deliveries period after this. The taco meat was undercooked, and the enchiladas were…gross looking. There was hardly any sauce on it, which I would have understood since it was end of the night, literally. But what are all of those black things in it?!?! To undercook the meat….proves to me you hate people ordering through a 3rd party right before close. That is unacceptable. Do not ever order from here. Pictures attached. I couldn’t even get a proper refund because this was through a 3rd party, and Chuys knows this.

We went to Chuy’s after work. This is our second visit. The last time the wait was too long so we left. We were seated immediately. The decor was great. Chips and dip were brought to our table. Nelson was our server. I ordered the Elvis combo. I was so hungry and it sounded good. Food looked delicious. I could not cut the tortillas with my fork without a struggle. I used a knife. That combo was so disappointing. I ate a little of everything. I did eat my taco which was good. My husband did not get a drink refill. The place started getting busy and our server checked on us several times. The manager brought me a Togo box but failed to bring me a bag or containers for the chips and salsa. I finally got our server to get my husband a drink to go and the other stuff I wanted. Nelson brought us a fresh bag of chips to take with us. So, I don’t ever want to go back. If I do I will just get a simple taco. My husband ate all his food which was the same as mine. I guess everybody is different. I love the casual wear of the servers. Everybody was so nice but honestly, my food sucked. 🙁

Food is good but a definite second place in the tex mex category for chain restaurants in Knoxville. Taco and enchilada meals only come with 2 whereas other places give you 3.

Went for birthday dinner with family……we all enjoyed it! Went at a busy time, on Friday night, we expected to wait….and we did. Margaritas were a nice distraction of time. We always enjoy our food there. Service was even friendly to my slightly out-of-control 4 year old!

Food was delicious and HOT! There was a wait of about 30 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. (Note: There were 7 of us).

They do have Hatch green chile (mild). The ’80s atmosphere is classic and festive.

This place is great. We didn’t have a long wait time at all and the food was top nitch. The spicy jalapeno ranch is a must have. Tie that in with boom boom sauce on the burrito and your tongue is going on an adventure.

The only reason I wouldn’t give them 5 stars is the night I visited they didn’t handle the rush well. It took an hour for the food to get to us after we ordered, and my dish was just warm no longer hot. The waitress did a good job and checked in on us, refilled chips and salsa and drinks. The prices are fair and worth the money for a sit down restaurant.
