I had a great visit last week at this location. The food was cooked incredibly well and my server Wylie made a few suggestions that really added to my order. The food was steaming hot , my glass was never empty and the restaurant was impeccably clean. I highly recommend this location. Tthe food’s great along with the service and atmosphere.

I’ve been in several chuy’s locations in TX and CO before and was visiting Richmond so I stopped here for lunch. I got seated quickly and it was such a cool, clean and well maintained place. Chips and salsa were great. Food was fresh and delicious. Atmosphere and decor were amazing, but really what made it five stars was the wonderful server who was such a ball of light and happy energy. Will definitely be coming back!

Service was so slow. I have no idea what the chimichanga were rolled with, it was thick and way to much dough, the chicken was non existent. The bean burrito for my grandbaby was rolled in the same thick dough and it must have been rolled cold as the dough broke. Per my waitress mine and my grandbaby’s food was done by her as the kitchen had made it wrong. The enchiladas and fajitas looked good

I’m definitely becoming a regular here. The food is fresh and full of flavor, and the service is fast and friendly. The atmosphere has a great vibe—warm, colorful, and inviting. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer. Great place to go with children. Can’t wait to come back.

I don’t understand why there isn’t a 6th star for me to give them! Probably my all time favorite restaurant, but there’s not one near me. We drove an hour and a half to go for my birthday and it was worth it as always. I got the classic Steak Burrito with hatch chilies. It reminds me of hatch chili season with them roasting in the oven air in Austin. My wife got the Chuy-changa that’s her fact. Tyy was awesome, really pushing the experience over the top with her friendlyness and just cheerful demeanor. The whole experience was top notch, just be careful not to over eat!

Really good Mexican food at affordable prices. Their kid’s meal come with a drink and dessert, a huge hit with my kids. Their decoration is really unique, which makes for a fun ambiance, but service was so-so when we went. Overall a great place to get your Mexican craving filled.

This was our first time here and I was blown away. The ambiance was so festive and clean and well-maintained. The holiday decorations made it very cozy. It just felt good as soon as we sat down! My three kids ordered their usual, chicken tacos, but Chuy’s version was the best and FRESHEST they’ve ever had! Every single ingredient was fresh and carefully prepped/cooked. The chips were even hot and fresh, the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant! We’re all picky about the chicken in restaurants, and this was again, the best I’ve ever seen. Such good quality, all breast meat, char grilled and neatly sliced. The toppings were all high quality, from the shredded cheese to the guacamole to the super-fresh lettuce to the flavorful tomatoes! Tortilla Soup was delicious, and not to be a broken record, but everything in it was flavorful and fresh, from the chicken to the broth to the avocado! The rice and bean side was also top notch. What a wonderful place for an outing, a five star experience from beginning to end!

I’ve never had bad food from here, but I am very disappointed in the take out order today. We ordered 2 of the tortilla soups and both containers were only 3/4 full. Its already pricey for soup, but to not even get a full container…..that’s just stingy.
