Best Tex-Mex for good pricing. Turns out, you can get a massive steak burrito with plenty of sauce cheaper than Chipotle. Servers were good, food was good, but it took a while. Overall, it was a fine experience. Would stop by again.

We had dinner tonight at Chuy’s one of our many experiences there. We were lucky enough to get Ron as our server and I can’t recommend him enough. He remembers us from our previous visits and knows what we like before we can even ask for it. It’s a wonderful experience every time he takes care of us. We also talked to Will the manager who stayed and chatted with us for a while to make sure we were having a great experience. The food was good as always, and the two people we interacted with there made it even better.

Salsa and chips tastes great, server was extremely friendly and helpful as to food options. The restaurant is nicely decorated and lively, bathrooms are clean.
Fajitas were great albeit a little pricey (20 for 1, 39 for 2), the enchiladas were cooked great, the burrito bowl was good. Might just be my personal opinion but I didn’t like the Mexican rice, it seemed dry as if they just reheated it. Still, great place to eat at for a nice Tex-Mex meal!

We came in at 9pm on Friday night, being that you close at 11 pm we thought we would have no issues, we were seated Immediately, and were seated at the bar area, we.waited almost 10 minutes before being greeted and had to wait another 5 for the chips to be brought.out while our server did bring the dips to the table.after she.came with the chips she took our order,which she.didnt.write. down, and we waited about 10pm no food or server had.been.back to our table but there was other servers and the bartender that could see us unattended and it proceeded to make casual plans.with bar guest that were seated at the bar. We go up and left, the servers, and host saw us getting up to leave and did not acknowledge us or ask if any thing was wrong. Staff needs to be trained better

We had good service and liked all the appetizers, the chicken tortilla soup and the beef fajitas. My wife didn’t like the deluxe tomatillo sauce on her chicken enchiladas, but there are nine sauces you can try, we’ll be back.

I do appreciate that the restaurant reached out to me, and I respect that gesture despite my experience. My hope is that they can improve the quality of the food going forward. I also understand that restaurant owners have to balance quality with keeping costs manageable.
However, in my humble opinion, the food quality here was disappointing. I ordered the cheese enchiladas, and the ends of the tortillas were hard, as if they had been reheated in a microwave, and lacked filling. The enchilada sauce tasted concentrated, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The salsa had an odd flavor, and the chips tasted as if they were fried in old reused oil as it had an unpleasant aftertaste.

Emma B was an amazing waitress. She has outstanding customer service. As for the food, maybe I’m picky because I travel frequently and am exposed to great food, but the food here was not good at all. The salsa tastes like a mushy pico de gallo. The entree tastes like it was made in a microwave. I’m assuming the high reviews are due to the great customer service because the food is definitely lacking.

Service was very good, friendly and cheerful. The portions were very large, almost nobody that I went with finished their meal. Loved the green chile cream salsa on the chips. Rice and beans were good too. My main was the Chuychanga and it was ok. Could have used a little more seasoning and some more time in the drain rack out of the fryer. Chuy’s probably isn’t on my “must go” list, but is great when you just want some good tex-mex.
