I recently visited this location and was quite disappointed with the service. Both the cashier and the other staff member who was helping were unprofessional and had poor manners. There was a long wait time, and instead of attending to customers, they were chatting among themselves. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I am not satisfied with the service provided. The food was very good though.

Let me start by saying I come here very frequently. Even though they have new employees the customer service is great I love that they have new items they explain everything to you clearly the best coffee in all Westland Mall. everyone knows the Cheetos are good but the coffee is fantastic is what mostly brings me here. The lady in the front is super happy has a great energy and gets your order correct every time never had a problem highly recommend. the positive attitude they have is amazing and let me tell you it’s not easy, but the clientele that comes here, and the mentality they bring, but all is well. The service is fantastic.

I stopped by Churromania yesterday Sunday August 24th and had such a great experience. The blonde lady at the register was genuinely kind and friendly — something you don’t always get at other locations (like the one at Dolphin Mall, where the staff usually feels a bit cold). She smiled, took her time with my order, and just had a really warm vibe. On top of that, the churros were really good — fresh, warm, and perfectly crispy. It made the whole visit even better. Little things like that really stick with you. I’ll definitely be coming back!
