The churros were pretty good wait was decent but the customer service definitely wasn’t up to part the cashier lady gave the biggest attitude just for a little cinnamon sugar as though it was a secret recipe all we wanted was it on the side due to it being so sweet and I’m not able to consume that much sweetness . She then proceeded to try and charge me $2 for it on the side which was ridiculous because i literally wanted only a pinch amount which would’ve been perfect in the little paper cups they use to put ketchup up after begging And pleases just as we were about to just pay for it the gave it to us , which she could’ve just done in the beginning and saving us the hassle .

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and updating the review, same well deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I don’t know how they do it, but they always have awesome staff. Recurring face since I came for the first time the staff is always in a great mood.

2nd time that we order from here and have gotten a sloppy order, was under the impression that the flavors you order is half and half , if you look at the picture taken the guava and cream cheese is all over and the nutella seems like you guys ran out of it. Don’t think I will be ordering from you again.

The lady at the counter was very unrespectful towards my mother and I. A few minutes after she took our order another couple of customers arrived and the service towards them was unpleasant. Her sarcasm towards us was unnecessary taking into consideration that we greeted the worker with respect. Unfortunately, I do not know her name. There was a lady inside the kitchen as well who laughed at our faces. The opening time says 11:00 AM on a Sunday and we had to wait 40 minutes for the “oil to heat up” I feel sorry for the environment that one is experiencing in Hialeah, very unpleasant and poor to 0 zero customer Service. By the way, they are super expensive churros with very low quality, tastes like your earing pure fat refried oil, will not repeat this experience ☕️

Very disrespectful staff! I wanted to buy some churros for my grandma but it looks like instead of 11:00pm they stop selling churros at 10:44pm I asked the female person working there and she said they were already close. She offered to sell us some leftovers churros as she laughed at my grandma. Btw, that just happened a few minutes ago, 11:44pm 08/14/2024 in case the manager or the owner would want to check the cameras and make sure their paying customers aren’t treated line garbage without any consequences.

Not a fan of chain places for churros, especially in Hialeah, but I couldn’t find any other place open at the time. The churros were very skinny and could have been crunching for my liking. This particular place is inside Walmart. The service was great!!
