I passed by the churromania truck last night around 8pm and bought 20 regular sugar churros and 4 hot chocolate. The churros were given to me right away . I waited about an extra 10 mins to get the hot chocolate. I live 5 mins away from this location on 56 and 137 where the marathon gas station is. When we got home and opened the churros they were stale and the hot chocolate was warm. I was super disappointed, because I have had churros from Churromania many many times and have never had this issue. I truly think someone needs to supervise the ppl they hire to work for you.

This was about a week ago ! Where do i begin the service was terrible ! I bought a milkshake and it was all water ! I took it back and the lady said I drank half of it ! And that was a lie I’ve ran multiple restaurants and we always agree with the customer no matter what ! In my restaurants we rather give you the product back and your money back than lose a customer ! And they are also over priced I mean look at your reviews do better !

first time I come to churro mania in kendall and I get such horrible service. I went on april 10, 2025 around 4:15 pm and the lady that helped me offered terrible service. from the moment we ordered she gave us terrible attitude and afterwards she confused my order with someone else’s and screamed until the car turned around and she gave us the order that other people had already taken with them. I’ve been a loyal costumer of the store since I was in Venezuela and seeing how the costumer service has declined makes me very disappointed.

I wanted to follow up on my previous experience at Churromania Kendall. I visited again today, May 27, 2025, and unfortunately, I was once again disappointed. I ordered 20 churros, and this time, the quality of the food itself was not up to the usual standard I’ve come to expect.
The churros were stiff and pasty, and they tasted off—almost as if they had been reheated. What surprised me most was how quickly the order was ready—less than 15 minutes, which is very unusual based on past visits. This made me question whether the churros were freshly prepared.

Terrible service. Went in 15 minutes after they opened. Employee went up to the window and greeted me with a, “We just opened, we don’t have anything!” I just walked off — no reason to put up with that as a customer. As if they’re doing me a huge favor by taking my money. Nah, I’m good.
