Customer service is horrible. I bought the dubai chocolate churros and when the guy was handing them to me he let go and they fell on the floor. He was right in front of me and other customers were there too and saw he was the one who dropped them and when i asked for him to remake them he refused. He started screaming at me and insulting my mom and I. He was super rude the whole time when asking questions and had to be asked multiple times to make me new churros. So disappointed in Churromania. When he finally gave me my new churros they were all messed up not neat, didn’t even get a bag, or the napkins i asked for. Please take care of this and talk to your employees.

The service was amazing, the gals taking and making the order were funny and friendly. The churros we got lacked flavor and were a bit undercooked despite being the only people there ordering it seemed like they rushed making them. Probably won’t buy from here again.

The churros were okay in taste, but definitely not worth the price. The menu outside was misleading — the shake was listed at $8 but rang up as $12, and the churro bites (12-count, filled with Nutella) were shown as $12 but ended up being $16. Just those two items cost over $30! Absolutely overpriced for what you get. I will not be coming back.

This girl took my money, and said ” 5 minutes “
Five minutes passed and she was walking around the outside of the truck , wiping it down. I asked about my churros and she said five more minutes. Then she went inside straightening the truck and then was writing down things on paper. Almost twenty minutes passed. I finally said give me my money back. She laughed and started babbling in spanish. I speak a little bit of spanish but I Kept saying I want my money back. It took another 5 minutes of convincing Her that I did not want her To make them for me and to please give me my money back. I’m not exaggerating twenty full minutes for in the truck , not making my churros.
