The out here serving fried chicken wings but frying the part you cut off. The damn wing,not a drum or flat but the meatless wing. Then I ordered a 10 piece spicy it was not. Messed up my order completely for 50+ and then when I called and the manager was arguing with me about it. She stated they are doing it correctly that’s how it comes from the company Then on top of that the she expected me to drive back. No thank you.

I went to order at the drive thru at 8pm 1/11/26 to order food and immediately off the bat. The African American lady talking through the speaker had an attitude and didn’t talk with any manners. She was talking to another employee and I thought she was talking to me she said in a more rude tone “no I’m not talking to you I was asking my coworker if there were any more buttered corn.” Tenders were dry and old. This type of attitude shouldn’t be allowed. These actions need consequences and management should work on who they hire. I wouldn’t recommend coming here considering the terrible customer service. The food was decent.

The wait for service is a bit slow, but the product is worth it. Really crispy juicy fried chicken along crinkle fries so hot and fresh they almost burned my fingers. Of course the legendary honey buttered biscuits were included. Well worth the price and visit.

Elijah and Carlos made our visit Amazing! We go out to eat a lot and it’s been awhile since we got such great service especially since we were taking it to go. They were both smiling since we walked in the door and greeted us like they loved their job. I just want them to get be acknowledged for making my day better, I’m disabled and in a wheelchair and it’s not often someone is patient and caring with me. Thank u boys! Also the young lady manager was Awesome and I’m sure that’s where all the amazing customer care and awesome food starts. Keep up the great work all of u! We will be back!

I am a mobile phlebotomist and frequently work in the field, which makes access to restrooms limited. When needed, I typically stop at the nearest restaurant or business and have never had an issue, as I am in uniform.
On this occasion, I stopped at this churchs to request restroom access. The employee was dismissive and stated I would need to make a purchase in order to use the restroom and refused to provide the restroom code. I explained that I urgently needed to use the restroom, but the employee ignored my request and continued working. Due to the lack of assistance and urgency of the situation, I left.

Do not eat at thus restaurant, this is the second time I have went around 9 pm and they served me hard old food, the biscuits were hard as a rock, the chicken was dry dry, the okra was blackish brown, hard and crunchy, the macaroni and cheese had some black nasty stuff in it she said it was brunt cheese did I asks to eat burnt cheese from a pot that’s being reused over and over again in it the manager is rude thinks that people are rich she keeps saying because I called about the okra first that’s all they can replace because I called about the rest if the stuff the next day what the he’ll do that matter when I called they’re were blasting music like they were at a party while they selling old food that’s been sitting there for hours the line was backed up so bad I had i wait 16 minutes before I could even make a order this shop is ran unprofessionally if o paid for a meal to eat don’t give me some okd food me and my elderly mom and son had not ate all day it was late I still have the food on my dresser uneaten I love churches but this is crazy the manager is not professional she’s nasty and rude think about if I already have the meal why would I need to complain and get a new meal I complained because I paid $51 for old food that’s been sitting out for along time or recooked she said won’t replace my meal because I called and made a complaint about the okra first I didn’t look at the other food yet o had only ate two pieces of okra than when I tasted the other food than I made a complaint also old food the chicken was so dry chruches is never dry but this was look at that macaroni eeew biscuits were so hard llije there was jolly rancher in em

Tried to grab a quick meal for my family. Sadly they have never had church’s chicken…even more sad , this is probably the worst meal I introduced them to. The mac and cheese had brown /black stuff throughout . The mashed potatoes didnt have water or something and had clumpy powder. Overall they just refused to eat it and now the store is closed and won’t pick up the phone to hear my complaint. Hopefully I can show these pictures as evidence tomorrow and get a refund

The cashier over charged me for chicken I didn’t order, she was definitely rude when I asked her to exchange a rotten jalapeno she had served me. The whole restaurant is not very clean at all. The chicken was over cooked. Just not a pleasant experience.. Its not about the customers satisfaction here it’s about money and what they can over charge you. So disappointed. They sure aren’t like the churches in Texas and Arizona.

Food was good. This was the first time we tried it. Im satisfied with the quality. The chicken was juicy. Everything was pretty fresh. Not very much food for the money, though. And the customer service skills could use some work. It took a while to be helped. I noticed a man in the lobby waiting about 10 minutes just for a receipt. Also, the manager was snippy with the workers there. You could definitely hear the tension and irritation come through. But she worked fast. It just seemed she was trying to run it all herself. Also, just realized they forgot my biscuit.
