I am not from this area, so I wanted to try something different from the fried chicken places that I am used to .
I ordered a 3 piece chicken combo. The chicken was really good. I also tired the jalapeño cheese biscuits ( some crazy ̈name , they should just name stuff with a simple name ) they were not the best , the original biscuits were really good.
The staff was ok , not really welcoming but not rude or anything.
It was kind of warm in the dining room, but I should have noticed the two fans in the dining room area . The front door was wide open , not good if there were pests around, flies , small rodents , exterior cockroaches……
Honestly, it was good , and if I lived in this area, I would definitely be back

Costumer service is bad.. Hispanic female just had this face like she did t want to be there.. asked her for napkins and gave me one.. asked for more and made this face.. food is bad too. Not coming to this spot at all

I arrived here just before they opened so the chicken and biscuits were super hot and fresh. The biscuits seem to be smaller and not as honey infused as I remember. The staff was very pleasant. My only gripe is the chairs and maybe tables need to be replaced as they were old and some falling apart.

Today 9/4/2025 12:40 am, i came with the group of special needs person. One of my Client she was buy the food and she asking for the fork but she said the lady that work at cashier name Fabiola R been rude to her Asking what for the fork. Isn’t property question .

I don’t usually write reviews for fast food restaurants, but Church’s is on to something with their Smokehouse chicken. The explosion of flavors combined does something to my taste buds. I recommend their Smokehouse Rotisserie chicken. My wife tasted it for the first-time and she doubled back to purchase her own. Good job Church’s.

Was there three different times, was informed by an associate about the survey on the back side of the receipt that allows customers to complete and be a validation code for 1 of 3 items to choose. So I completed the process 2 separate times with the receipt from the new purchase on the same day as the purchase and had no problem whatsoever nor was there anything spoken regarding the need or requirement to wait for any next order, it clearly states limit one per visit per day and I was refused this offer by an unruly and disrespectful woman named Araceli, I asked to speak with a manager due to this being a first occurrence and everything explained to me previously by the other 2 separate associates not followed, NOR is there anything on the receipt saying it cant be done on the day of purchase. Sad situation to experience
