Told me that I had to wait for chicken and ask what they had available ready. I order whatever they had available so I can leave quickly and they still had me wait for 25 minutes after I waited for another 25 minutes in line. This team needs some serious work lying to customers that chicken is ready. Management need to take a closer look on how there employees are running store.

The food is great and church’s is my favorite fast food and local to me. But EVERY time I come I always deal with issues and the worst customer service. I always place big orders for me and my family and they’re always messing something up or they don’t give you enough sauce and when you ask to pay for extra sauce they won’t let you. I continue to come because the food is good I just wish the employees provided better service and when I have issues I wish they would fix it. Multiple times I’ve overpaid because they forget a side or something isn’t made right.

Went today got the spicy chicken sandwich at first glance I looked at it and told my wife no I’m taking it back it doesn’t look right it seem like it was sitting plus it was not even warm I ate it any way now I’m sick with diarrhea and vomiting I know it was them because I haven’t had nothing else to eat today rite after I ate it worst stomach pain ever.. I don’t understand why they would do this to any one my food was played with !!

I waited 30 minutes… I ordered, stated my order and heard the person repeat my order only for them. Got my food and it was still incorrect. The chicken strip taste as if they still had flour on them..

I ordered the three-piece dinner plate.. I asked for and mixture of spicy and regular chicken.. green beans… Fried okra.. and it came with a drink.. as you can see it from the photo.. my green beans look like chicken.. I got two boxes of chicken and no green beans.. I didn’t want to be healthy anyway
